Do not buy! No item, no response for over a month!

I dont know my order number. I bought 4 lighters, which are the absolute worst. A sticker around the lighter? It looks terrible, (trying to not use the foul language that I would like to). Part of a couple of the lighters taken out of the package look like the sticker is already coming off-and like I mentioned even the sticker itself is unacceptable. It's dumb, looks like garbage and i just want to throw them in the garbage where they look where they belong. What a waste of time and money visiting your site. Ill be reviewing this in other places for this treatment and junk I ended up with. You say, looking over the description, its "wrapped". Sorry, but I know most wont know, "Hey, we're covering this lighter with a horrible sticker we bought for 10 cents that will start to come off immediately or soon after use." OR MAYBE MENTION THE WORD "STICKER" IN THE DESCRIPTION SO IT WOULD CLEARLY TELL BUYERS WHAT THEY ARE PURCHASING- a product that no one would want to purchase.

Who, after mentioning "wrapped" would even know what that means? Some maybe, but i guarantee its not the majority. Im almost done here, but need to suggest that whoever runs this company may want to consider another line of business. Wrapping lighters with stickers and pretty much duping customers with sending complete junk of products hoping they think this an actual bic lighter with the image actually ON the lighter with no alterations made by anyone outside the bic company. Well you failed with this stupidcompany and your trash products. Do better.

absolutely horrendous quality. Don’t buy.

my blood boils that places like that exist and prey on young easily influenced girls. the received product was made cheap af, worth 2.50, not £25 , with flimsy pattern almost sticking off, nothing like advertised.
unhelpful customer service solution was "The return shipping costs for a package are 24€ and are to be borne by the customer. A made to order boots in 16 March 2023 still not received up to now.. August 2023. They promise too many times it was in production .
Then they said it was ready for shipping. Then stated, it was shipped last weekend or the previous. But did not send a tracking number. When asked where's the tracking number, they said to share this week.. on.. and on.. it cost me at least a little less than AUD500. Not good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY - YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER - THEY WILL LIE AND ENDLESSLY FOB YOU OFF WITH EMAILS, AND PHONES AND UNFULFILLED PROMISES - ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR - 11 MONTHS ......AND COUNTING.

Never recived my order, item were in stock. Underground don’t reply on e-mails (3) or via Facebook messenger. Thanks to PayPal I managed to get my payment back.
Understand that things can go wrong, but not reply to customer is unacceptable.
