Understood Care came along when I had become completely hopeless over a very important situation in my life. I was assigned an advocate named Jamia. I explained my dilemma and she stepped right in with a solution and resolved my issue. Jamia is very kind sincere and professional and knowledgeable. I'm doing much better now am so very grateful

Joanie has been so efficient and helpful. She's been so amazing with gathering all of the information that I needed.

Jade was patient & helpful. It didn't take her long to find some referrals for me.

Jennifer is patient and listens and thoroughly assess issues and address problems presented in a timely fashion. One can trust that she will get back with addressing issues.

Jamia has been a caring person and concerned about my well being!!!! Although I'm still waiting for help finding suitable/affordable housing. She has been diligent and persistent in her quest to help me with getting suitable affordable housing 😇😇😇

My advocate asked for my needs and she followed through. She has been in constant contact with agencies and me trying to assist me. Thats more than anyone has done for. I have already had work I needed done with in this month.

The woman who is my advocate has done much to offer me information regarding getting help financially as needed and also including plans regarding boosting my current business.
She is very helpful in providing me with information and providing guidance regarding this help. Additionally she keeps in touch with me and I greatly appreciate that. Excellent care!

My name is Charles H. Benjamin Jr. and I have been under the care of Ms. Brianna B., for over a month now and she is absolutely amazing. She has helped me with Doctors appointments, transportation, and my Sanp benefits. I just don’t have enough nice words to describe her compassion for the work she does.

Monay is a very great worker I understand everything she has told me and if I have questions she answers me. She has been working very hard in getting me the help I need.

My disabled wife and I were homeless and living in a hotel room. She's on SSDI and has a pension and I am a chef. I suffered a stroke on Thanksgiving and survived but am unable to work anymore. Our advocate Cheryl Strickland helped us out with getting suitable housing and we now have a one bedroom one bath. Understood Care is a God send. We were in the hotel room for about 6 years and couldn't find a way out. Thank you 👍 understood Care.

From the very first time I talk with Miss Joanie she was so nice and helpful and Everytime I get a message from her I always try to respond as quick as possible I absolutely love talking to Miss Joanie because we get things done doing it together I love having an advocate something I,ve never had before so thanks so much for the company Understood for having Miss Joanie she's the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
