To me Christine is helping me with me finding a better place for me to live. I’ve told her, I can’t afford to pay a high rent. I’m on low income. I lost my husband 7 years ago. The place where we lived there I in Oklahoma, I stayed there a couple more years, and I couldn’t stay and maintain everything alone. So, my daughter insisted I move here to Bowie Tx. This was during the pandemic Covid. I thank Christine for her support and in the process of me getting my needs met.

Renee is Awesome!!! Navigating disability and my health stuff is hard enough!!! It is extremely helpful to have someone help me with the things!!!

Rachel is very concerned about my well-being. She was very helpful in trying to help me find assistance. She took up time with me and listened to my concerns.

Areizo, is the greatest help. She takes the time to help me understand everything. She doesn't just talk, she actually does the work it takes to help me. I didn't know what I was going to do until she came along.

Shay is very kind and compassionate. However she can work on her resourcefulness. Otherwise she is a great advocate.

Jesus has become my best advocate. He has really helped me a lot and I feel like he's an advocate that truly cares about helping people.

Ms eeneta is wonderful to me. She really cares about my health and more. I'm going through it right now, and I know she has a good ear and will get thing done for me.

Laura is very polite and efficient she listened to my needs and concerns she then jumped in and guided me to resources that I needed she is a angel and I highly recommend Laura to anyone Robert gilkey

My advocate Kathilynn has been very helpful
I appreciate her I have quite a few health problems so I am unable to work at the pace I would like but, I appreciate her patience and help

Lorean has gone all the way out for me in as to filling out the application for rental assistance that I didn't and couldn't understand. She is now working on getting me assisted with March rent.

I am a 72 year old senior man that was starting to fall behind in all my bills n medi n food supplies n i applied for a senior Advocate, the next day Brianna a angel from heaven started helping me with pretty much all my issues and inside one week and a week end she kept plugging away n shot out 9 applications for low income senior housing n stuff n food n my utilities n it all is working out now n the pressure is way way off already . I used to have a wife help me with all those types of issues but she is gone now n boy o boy did I ever need the positive support I got from my savior Brianna it’s the best thing ever !!!!! She deserves a award for the patience n determination to help me thru all those hoops n firms n stuff n even calls for me n on a 3 way sometimes its great thank you for having a lady like her helping a old man !!!! You guys rock

Very attentive to my needs. Staff makes sure they check on you periodically. So if needs arrive in the interim they are aware of your needs.

Raquel went above and beyond every single time I spoke to her. I m eldetly now and really need help. She gets that and just does what it takes to help. That s unheard of in this day and age. She made me remember there is still hope in the world. I haven t felt that in yeats. Thank you so much,Raquel!
