My first order was taxed 75% of the original price and it has been 6 weeks now and no sign of my second package... Terrible customer service, very disappointing....

Import taxes and customs fees are unfortunately determined by your local customs authorities and are outside of our control, but we understand how disappointing and unexpected those charges can feel. great looking watch. Yellow and carbon fiber looks great. only issue, band is very stiff. maybe it will ware into being more comfortable. I'll probably just change the band.

Great Attention to detail.
I would say the upfront transparency about the watch being a presale and anticipated ship date was accurate and appreciated.
The watch was well packaged, protected from shock or damage.
Visually I'm really happy with the attention to detail with the dial & bezel. I really like the contrast from the deep red to the black.
The power reserve indicator is a nice touch.
The band is a little thin for my liking and an option for a folding clasp would be nice even if there was an up charge.
Overall I feel Undone did a nice job.

Will not fit an XL wrist
Bought a Sport Speedy as a gift, 4th Undone I've purchased. The watch is very nice, no complaints there, or with my 3 previous watches. But in this case very good value for money spoilt by the strap, which is too short, my friend has a 22.5 cm wrist, looks like it will not fit a wrist over 20cm. Undone's response was they don't do XL straps and I quote "If having a larger strap is essential" not a very helpful comment to make as please tell me how else can a person wear a wristwatch!

the following up on the order is Not good , I ordered my watches second week of December and only a few weeks ago I was communicated the my order was on the way. So the communication when you customized a item is not done properly .

Orders shipped to Europe from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which are charged by local authorities and collected by the courier. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control.

Montre reçue avec des semaines de retard, à quoi il faut ajouter des droits de douane exhorbitants représentant plus d'un tiers du prix de la montre (et aucune indication claire sur le site les concernant).
J'avais demandé une annulation de la commande pour éviter cela, mais pour l'instant, pas de retour clair du service commercial, et Fedex qui me pourchasse pour payer !

Précision suite à la réponse ci-dessous: le numéro de commande est le #U14307, et la montre commandée le 16/10/25 est arrivée le 01/12/25.
Et votre service écrivait client alors : "Thank you for your message, and I completely understand your concern regarding the additional fees. I’m very sorry for the confusion and the frustration this has caused.
Since your order has not yet shipped, I’ll immediately check with our logistics team to confirm the situation and clarify why these fees appeared.
I’ll get back to you as soon as I have a clear update. Please know that I’m doing my best to resolve this quickly and make sure your options are clear, including proceeding with a cancellation if that is your preference."
