they sent me the wrong item, and then have not responded to either phone calls or emails to return it, or to get a refund on the item they did not send me. scammed out of a few hundred euros at this point.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Undress Code, especially if you are purchasing internationally.

I ordered a single top because the company's website clearly stated that all duties and taxes were included, with no additional charges at delivery. Months later, I am still receiving payment demands from FedEx for duties and taxes that Undress Code represented it would pay.

What should have been a simple customer service issue has turned into months of frustration. I repeatedly asked for one of two things: proof that the duties had already been paid to FedEx or, if payment had been overlooked, that the company simply pay the outstanding charges. Instead, I received conflicting explanations, repeated promises that the matter was being handled, long periods of silence, and ultimately no resolution.

I have sent numerous emails, followed up for months, and even called the company, but my calls went unanswered. Rather than taking responsibility for an issue that was entirely within their control to fix, they left me to deal directly with FedEx and the stress of ongoing payment demands.

It is difficult to understand how a problem involving a single clothing item could remain unresolved for months when it could have been settled with a single proof of payment or a single payment to FedEx.

Because of the company's failure to resolve this matter, I have reported it to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and disputed the transaction with my credit card issuer.

The product itself is overshadowed by one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. A company should be judged not only by the products it sells, but by how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has shown a complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through.

If you choose to purchase from this company, be prepared to deal with the consequences if anything goes wrong after your order. Based on my experience, once there is a problem, getting it resolved can become a months-long ordeal.

I would rate this company minus if it was an option. There was an item missing in my order not only that I made a return for one item a few weeks ago and not received a refund. I’ve tried to contact customer service numerous times they have not responded. I am so glad I protected my purchase with Paypal. Do not buy from this company.

I got no reply at all. Also if you want to return anything be aware to send it back in 3 days. It’s a horrible company, never buy anything there again🤬

horrible communication, difficult return

I ordered two bodysuits. Sizing is wildly inconsistent — XS and S fit like they're 3 sizes apart. The S also arrived with a manufacturing defect in the back seam.
I returned both within their 4-day window, paying 20€ out of pocket with no return label provided.
The S was ignored for over a month until I threatened escalation. The XS arrived in Poland on January 22nd, cleared customs, and was never collected by their warehouse — sitting there for 6 weeks before being returned to me. What am I supposed to do now? Send it back for 20€ again? Such a waste of money and time! I only found this out by contacting the Post office myself.

They blamed me for the missing tracking number while their warehouse had simply failed to collect the parcel, despite my asking continuously for months if there was anything I could do. Months of follow-up emails met with silence. Only threats of Klarna escalation and consumer protection got any response at all - still no refund. Nothing.

Poor quality control, non-existent customer service, and a returns process designed to exhaust you into giving up. Avoid at all costs.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Undress Code.

I received a thong that arrived with a clear manufacturing defect — the lace seam was damaged and the fabric was not properly joined, leaving a hole in the garment straight out of the package. I

I contacted customer support immediately and followed up again the next day, but so far I have received no response at all. When you pay for a product from a brand that markets itself as premium, you expect both proper quality control and responsive customer service.

Receiving a faulty item is frustrating on its own, but the lack of communication from the company makes the situation worse.

I hope Undress Code improves both their quality checks and their customer support responsiveness, because at the moment the experience has been very disappointing.

Horrible. Impossible to get contact, when you urgently need it. Offered solutions not actually functioning in real life. The advertised contact possibilities not existing and now waiting weeks for answers to email. Meanwhile already having to pay late fees to Klarna, as they are not answering/helping with the refund process.

Really disappointing shopping experience and returns process. I would not recommend this company.

I chose to return my item and I chose to send it back and pay for my own postage to reduce their £10 postage fee.
Apparently it doesn't matter how you chose to return it, they still keep your money. I returned an item to a value of £155 but I only received £135 returns value. They kept £20 for a reason I don't know of.

Their customer service is non existent. They say they have a WhatsApp, it doesn't connect. You can SMS but no one answers. I have also emailed and again also no answer.

They say 'designed in Poland and made in China', probably just someone drop shipping, randomly instagram advertising, playing-at-being-a-shop.

It's only £20 but I won't get it back, however hopefully this review will put off potential customer or 10.

Katastrophale Lieferung - habe 3x bestellt, und jedes Mal hat GLS die Lieferung "verloren". Solange Undress Code ausschließlich mit GLS liefert, würde ich die Finger davon lassen.

I ordered from Undress Code but never received my item. Despite reaching out multiple times through PayPal and directly to their customer support, I never got a refund. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it.

Mein Paket kam nie an - 1.000€ weg. 3 Monate mit dem Kundenservice hin und her geschrieben… mit dem Ergebnis, dass ich auf den Kosten sitzen bleibe.

Poor quality and way overpriced. A red flag for me should have been their sizing, S, M, L, instead of band and cup sizes.

I ordered three bras from here. One arrived with the underwire poking out. When I sent the company pictures asking to send a new bra, their response was, send us the bra and we will investigate. I paid over $100 on that bra. No, you send me a new one... They refused so I asked for a refund. I kept one bra that I thought fit well. 2 months into wearing this bra maybe like 6 times. I washed it in a lingerie bag, as I do all my bras. I have primarily lace bras and they all hold up well. This one broke already. The "lace", which is really just cheap polyester fibers, much thinner than my other lace bras, broke away from the sides close to the clasp. So I emailed the company asking for a refund, because clearly their products have quality issues. They stated, in a very condescending tone "Am I to understand that you washed this bra in the washing machine and not by hand?" Nothing else, no, we are happy to help you get a refund, or replacement. Nothing. Just my fault I guess... Y'all if a bra can't hold up a handwashing cycle in the washing machine, in a lingerie bag, it's a bad quality bra. That's all I have to say. No handwashing would have prevented this low quality item from not ripping.

Whoever reads this, safe your money. These are cheap waaaay overpriced bras and will not last you long (if they will even fit to begin with).
