I ordered a paper from them for a masters level research paper. I paid for quality work and was literally given a middle school level work. It was horrible work. I requested a refund and there policy is to hold "38%" and give you the rest. For what, for no product received? Essay quality, writing service, and customer service all disappointing. Do not use!
