Booki like all of them but mobile…

Booki like all of them but mobile app...
. rubbish would be a compliment. If you live it to another app and come back you have to login again and.... login holds only your username and ask for password and !!! DOB !!!!! each time. When you trying to do it there is no blank space but some random date you have to delete first. Never going to touch it again

To explain one part of this: we ask for your date of birth during login as an additional security step. It helps us better protect your account from unauthorized access and potential hacking attempts, especially if someone were to obtain your username or password. We understand, though, that security should never come at the expense of usability.

The issue you mentioned with the pre-filled date and having to clear it each time definitely sounds frustrating and not as smooth as it should be. Your feedback is really valuable here, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with the team so they can review and improve the experience.

Ok but mush better available.

I play a veriety of different sites and I find the site quite easy to navigate and easy to use generally. I do find that the sites slots do not pay out at the same rate as the other sites I play, also I find the bonuses aren't very generous and they tend to have more wagering requirements compared to my usual sites.

I am giving 4 stars as they are not my primary provider but I have never experienced any issue with them. No technical issues, no payment issues, no deposit issues. I have been with them for a while. At this time all I have had is a positive experience
