Welcome offer was a load of shit

Welcome offer was a load of shit. bet £10 earn 200 free spins. completely fine, it definitely took more than £10 to give me my spins but i got on with it. after my 200 spins i earned a fine amount and went to withdraw only to find that shit was under ‘bonus cash’. great. they want you to deposit £10 for the chance to win frick all. it got to the point i was trying to get rid of all the ‘bonus money’ so i could write this review. complete bullshit welcome offer where you have to stake all your winnings from 200 free spins you paid for just to lose it all because this % bar determines what you walk away with. this is why you stick to bet365, PP, betfair, skybet.

DO NOT USE UNIBET!!!

I used unibet occasionally for a year and then when I used them as my main bookie and started winning they suspended my account and won’t let me withdraw any of my money. I then through looking online found lots of people had similar experiences. Then after a long time they reached out to me to ask for extra documents even though I was already verified so I uploaded them anyway and was told it would be looked at within X amount of working days and it has gone post that period of time and they still haven’t been looked at and verified so I can bet and withdraw or declined and asked for more at least just nothing but silence. Live chat are useless and say you can’t speak to anybody and it will be looked at eventually. Messaging members of staff on community help forums ends up with them ignoring you. It’s a sneaky thing they’ve put in their T&C’s so they can keep your money if you do well.
