Nice good people very busy but good service.

The shirt and bracelet I ordered were great quality. Took longer than I expected to receive but I would order again.

This company is fraud! No where in there return policy does it state your order is coming from nor needs to be returned to China. Doing so is a $50-and up return postage. My order was for about $50. The product was cheap and the sizes were not true to size. So now I have a sweater I cannot wear. They won't do anything. They offered a $2 dollar credit on next order, I refused. They then offered me $7 refund and keep product, I refused. Now they tell me if I want refund I have to return and in their words "it will be expensive cause you have to return to this China address". Such a fraud. Horrible that for anyone else trying to sale a product we have to jump through hoops (my dads currently doing that for his business) yet out of country businesses are allowed to sale fraud items and fraudulent transactions by not refunding. If you can't refund in full then don't have a return or refund policy. Or note in your policy return shipping to China. Can't stand business and people that do business like this. Scam artist!

Never buy anything from this website. It’s a fake and send you the shittiest clothing in the wrong sizes and make the return process impossible. Worst made clothing that could probably be made with about 5 cents a pop. Also the designs do not match what the clothes look like. Save your money on this scam cite.

If I could I would give them a zero. Ordered a hoodie and shorts. Never received the shorts then had the audacity to ask me for another shipping fee to send me my shorts I already paid for. Worst costumer service and shipping ever!! And it took over a month to receive my hoodie. 😡

I love this shirts message and have gotten great compliments on it.

Have not received my order, it’s been a month

Highly, highly suggest you avoid ordering from these scammers. I ordered my items on 12/29/24. The items were not "shipped" until 1/24/25, after I reached out to customer support to ask what was taking so long.

They stated there was a delay, and then emailed me the items were "delivered". I never received any package, no items were received. So I asked Unifitstyle to send me a picture to verify delivery, they didn't have one (OF COURSE). So then I asked them to investigate this matter for me. They refused to assist, and told me to file a lost package on USPS website. I tried, and there was an error when attempting because "the package was not sent with insurance". So I emailed Unifitstyle again, they told me to go into a USPS store and ask for assistance. So I did that, still looking for my package. USPS told me it was Unifitstyle responsibility to file this claim.

So again, I communicated that with Unifitstyle. After all this, they REFUSED to help or refund. I did everything requested of me, and they refused to help me further. Imagine buying something online, being provided no proof it was actually delivered, and then being told there will be no refund.

REVIEW:
-Ordered package, after 30 days I reached out to advise location.
-They told me it was now delivered (it wasn't)
-They provided me no photos or evidence that the delivery was made (of course)
-They kept asking me to do things, which I did, and then still provided no help
-No refund made, SCAM!!

Love the designs waiting for 2 hoodies to come in

Yeah idk what all the 5 star reviews are on about, I bought the "Forgive them father" hoodie and a shirt, the shirt is okay at best and the hoodie is really bad quality, plus it took many weeks to arrive. I'd say it's not worth it.

I wish the shipping information was a little easier to find.
