Leider musste ich während dieser Reise zahlreiche negative Erfahrungen machen, die sowohl die Betreuung durch den Reiseleiter als auch die Organisation und Sicherheit der Reise betreffen. Insgesamt entsprach die Reise in keiner Weise meinen berechtigten Erwartungen an Professionalität, Kundenservice und Qualität.
Besonders unzufrieden war ich mit dem Verhalten des Reiseleiters Didar.Sein Auftreten empfand ich als unprofessionell, respektlos und in keiner Weise kundenorientiert. Nachdem ich mit ihm eine sachliche Diskussion über organisatorische Abläufe geführt hatte, änderte sich sein Verhalten mir gegenüber deutlich. Während der restlichen Reise wurde ich weitgehend ignoriert und nicht mehr aktiv angesprochen – bis einschließlich der Rückfahrt. Eine neutrale, serviceorientierte Betreuung war nicht mehr gegeben. Dieses Verhalten empfand ich als persönliche Ausgrenzung, was für mich emotional sehr belastend war.
In diesem Zusammenhang kam es zudem zu einer äußerst unangemessenen Situation: Wegen der Buchung einer Tour wurde mit dem Finger auf mich gezeigt und wörtlich gesagt: „Sie kann bei mir sowieso nicht buchen.“ Eine derartige öffentliche Bloßstellung ist inakzeptabel und entspricht keinesfalls dem professionellen Umgang, den ich von einer Reiseleitung erwarte.
Ein weiterer gravierender Kritikpunkt betrifft die Unterbringung auf der Fähre. Obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und hierfür einen Aufpreis von 299 € bezahlt habe, erhielt ich eine extrem kleine Innenkabine (ca. 4 m²) ohne Fenster, die eher einer Abstellkammer ähnelte. Da ich unter Platzangst leide, war es mir nicht möglich, in diesem engen Raum zu schlafen. Als ich den Reiseleiter auf einen möglichen Zimmerwechsel ansprach, erhielt ich lediglich die Antwort, ich hätte „so gebucht“ und es interessiere ihn nicht. Letztendlich musste ich mich selbstständig an die Rezeption wenden und zusätzlich 30 € bezahlen, um ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu erhalten. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als inakzeptabel, insbesondere angesichts des bereits gezahlten Einzelzimmerzuschlags.
Darüber hinaus war die Toilette im Bus blockiert und nicht benutzbar. Pausen wurden lediglich etwa alle vier Stunden eingelegt, ohne erkennbare Rücksicht auf die Bedürfnisse der Reisenden. Zudem wurde nicht überprüft, ob alle Fahrgäste rechtzeitig wieder eingestiegen waren. Eine aktive Betreuung oder Organisation durch den Reiseleiter war nicht erkennbar.
Besonders besorgniserregend war die Situation während der Rückfahrt. Der Fahrer fuhr nach meinem Eindruck deutlich zu schnell. In einer Kurve verlor er die Kontrolle über das Fahrzeug, geriet zwei- bis dreimal ins Schleudern und musste anschließend stark abbremsen. Viele Fahrgäste hatten große Angst und schrien laut. Trotz dieser gefährlichen Situation erschien weder der Reiseleiter, noch wurde sich um die verunsicherten Insassen gekümmert oder eine Erklärung abgegeben. Ein solches Verhalten ist aus meiner Sicht sicherheitsrelevant und absolut nicht hinnehmbar.
Während der gesamten Fahrt befand sich der Bus zudem in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand. Es erfolgte weder eine sichtbare Reinigung noch eine Kontrolle des Zustands. Auch dies trägt zu einem insgesamt sehr negativen Eindruck bei.
Zusätzlich war die gesamte Reise aus meiner Sicht schlecht organisiert. Von den insgesamt 4–5 Reisetagen bestand ein erheblicher Teil lediglich aus langen Busfahrten, was im Vorfeld so nicht ersichtlich war. Das tatsächliche Verhältnis zwischen Fahrzeit und Erlebnis entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen an eine derart beworbene Reise.
Zusammenfassend war diese Reise für mich die bislang negativste Reiseerfahrung. Anstatt eines besonderen Erlebnisses war sie für mich mit Stress, Enttäuschung und Unsicherheit verbunden. Ich fühle mich als Kundin nicht ernst genommen und in mehreren Situationen respektlos behandelt.

I booked and fully paid for an Easter trip to Italy departing from Berlin (1 April 2026) for two people approximately two months in advance. However, the company cancelled the Berlin departure only 12 days before the trip (19 March 2026), while apparently continuing to operate the same tour from other cities. This last-minute cancellation was highly irresponsible and caused significant inconvenience.
What made the situation worse was the handling of the refund. I was explicitly assured that the payment would be returned within 10 business days, yet the refund was only processed around one month later. During that period, I repeatedly contacted the company by phone and in writing, especially before Easter, because I needed the refunded amount in order to arrange an alternative trip. Due to their failure to return my money within the promised timeframe, I was unable to afford another Easter holiday. In effect, they cancelled at their own convenience and refunded at their own convenience, with no regard for the financial and practical consequences for the customer.
This is especially unacceptable in light of their own cancellation policy for customers. According to their stated terms, the refund conditions are as follows: for cancellations made 25 days or more in advance, only 80% is refunded; for 17–24 days, 50% is refunded; for 8–16 days, only 25% is refunded; and for 0–7 days, no refund is given at all. In other words, customers are subject to strict and punitive financial penalties depending on the timing of cancellation, yet when the company itself cancelled the trip 12 days before departure, it failed to act with anything close to the same level of responsibility, fairness, or urgency. This double standard is deeply unfair and reflects very poorly on the company’s professionalism and integrity.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. I have also travelled with them on at least two other multi-day tours, including trips to Scandinavia and Poland, and the overall experience has been consistently disappointing. Their trips are frequently delayed, poorly paced, and badly organised. In many cases, the itinerary already allows only a few hours or half a day in a city; therefore, when 3–4 hours are lost due to delays, a substantial portion of the actual visit is effectively ruined.
In addition, the quality of the tour management has often been unsatisfactory. Some tour guides appeared inefficient, failed to provide accurate or useful information, and at times behaved rudely. Rather than being enjoyable, these trips felt stressful and frustrating.
Overall, I found the company unreliable, poorly organised, and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I do not consider them trustworthy and would not recommend them to others.

Where do I even begin? Long review incoming.
1. First we were almost left behind because the group leader did not inform the group of the arrival of the bus at the pick up location and also failed to answer her calls or respond to her messages until the bus had already left and was on the way. She also did not show the basic etiquette of apologizing for the situation and later sent a message to the group about the arrival of the bus at the pick up location after the bus had already left the location and was on the way. I guess to make anyone who complained about the lack of information look like they were lying.
2. Most of the guided tours promised were not delivered and the best we got was a 10 minute walking tour of Florence which in my opinion was very inadequate.
3. If you are booking with this group, note that their definition of a guided tour is dropping you off at a location and leaving you to figure the rest out. We did not receive any useful tips, guidance, maps, nothing!
4. When we arrived at our hotel, my name was not on the list for hotel rooms although I had sent several emails prior for room allocations which had all been ignored. I even sent a WhatsApp message because my emails had been unanswered and the response I received was to send an email to the same email address that was ignoring me.
5. In Milan, we were also given a wrong pick up location for the bus by our group leader which left us walking back and forth across the city trying to find our bus after we were tired from already exploring all day. Although we had all gathered at a location, the drivers refused to drive to us to pick us up.
6. The buses were very uncomfortable in my opinion and very different from what is advertised on their social media pages. Very little legroom and recline and you could not even use the tray tables provided because of how small and limited the space is. Also charging ports use USB 3.0 slots which literally no one uses anymore and so most people could not charge their devices.
7. Although the pricing is attractive, the true cost of paying a cheap price is the disorganization, discomfort and confusion you experience when traveling with this group.
The whole experience was very poorly organized. I would not be traveling with this group again and 9/10 people I met on my trip also share the same sentiments.

Myself and my friend were in Switzerland(Visiting Italy on Easter break) for toilet break.I was bit late (toilets were quite busy it was morning time other people from different buses were waiting for toilets)and No network availablity to contact. Tour guide got frustrated and started yelling(If you have no sense why do you join the trip,LEAVE THE BUS IMMEDIATELY!) at my friend and told to take our luggage then Hop off.She(Tour guide) almost grabbed our luggage to throw us out,luckily I got there and More yelling continued.Just imagine if I had not arrived at that time..we would have been abandoned in middle of mountains with NO NETWORK NO TAXI.
I completely take the responsibility for being late but throwing people out of the bus is that fair?
Also in Venice 2 people were missing they didn't wait for them(that was our last ferry Ride at 10PM! back to Bus) and crazy thing is they don't even know who were even missing (They were just doing headcount).

I just got back from their trip to coo,milan,florence and venice trip. I have read terrible reviews on reddit but i was likeit cant be that bad because yes its a cheap trip i am not expecting luxury but oh boyyy. I knew this was about to be terrible when they didnt give us an itenerary or any information , i emailed tem but was ghosted. aight cool . First we were supposed to be picked up at munich but a day before they sent us flix bus tickets to come to stuggart. we get there and they come after two hours mind you it was midnight an dit was cooold. We traveled to lake como which was our first destination they gave us an itenerary lol at 3 am saying we will get there by 9 am - we didnt we got there at 1:40pm half the day was wasted and we still had to go to milan. We had a bathroom break where everyone was and i got into an argument with the lady because she was about to leave my friend like you completely wasted our time , did not apologize or give us any explanation but you want to keep time due to your poor planning. GTFOH! anyway we get to com spend like thirty minutes there lol then head to milan we get to milan at 3:30pm ..rushing to eat , see things it was just so stressful. I dont want to go to places to say i went to places i want to be able to enjoy and actually explore . They gave us three hours and we were rushing to make the bus back to our hotel and we get there like ten minutes early and they send a text that they changed the pick up location likeeeeee??? Mannnn! We head to our hotel which is THREEEEE HOURS AWAY my god and on our way they start talking about do you want to share a with your friend are you flipping serious right now???? NO! Apparently they underbooked which meant their staff including the driver was sent to sleep in another hotel which made us late on the next morning because ofcourse!!! So the next day they said we will start our trip at 9 am but the driver was nowhere to be found and they didnt say anything , didnt apologize NOTHING . We waited and we started our trip to PISA got tehre late ofcourse was give like an hour then back to the Bus, Brother this whole trip was a bus ride not a trip anyway i digress. Next was florence got there late im sure you are seeing a trend here...did not have time to walk and see this beautiful city ohh i forgot about the half ass tour my lord.. they booked a tour which we were two hours late for so the tour guide came started giving the tour an dleft LMAO honestly real . They played in your face. Anywho rusheddd as was the theme to the bus anaother amazing three hour bus ride back to the hotel. Sigh. Final day they said check out was at 8:45am mind you they sent this text at 1am like whaaatt?? I was so irritated by this point and ive never heard of such an early checkout the earliest is 10 so i went down and checked the checkout was at 12pm. The lies were so unnecessary they can just say we need to leave by 9 not according to the hotel its 8:45 ughhh so i took my time eating and relaxing and they also dont allow you to eat on the bus so eat before and after ...it was 9:15 and were coming down mind you i was seeing the organizer at the buffet at 8:55 lolll so i was chilling tell me why this weird woman is screaming at me saying im late and to run?? run to what and why would i do that? we got another argument like lady you have noooo right to scream at me lower your goddamn tone. Head to venice which was the last stop oh during the tri they trip. They startedor money to go into bthe island like it was included but u up and changed your mind cool also am i stupid why wpuld i give you more money to rush me and not experice anything anyway. we get there and lo and behold ntn is prepared againnnnn man this people tell me why we spent two and a half hours waiting for the other group to come so we can go together . The incompetence was beyoooond what i have ever seen man. I was sooo mad i asked for a ticket so we can go and explore by ourselvesor i will pay and they will reefund me for my ticket the weird shrill voice lady kept saying she cant do anything sighh we finally start going and spend a good chunk of time in venice finally they pushed the pickup to 10;00pm because everyone was screaming at them they were much nicer and started apologizing and updating us after but too little too flipping late . I recently joined the 4-day Italy trip for Easter, and it was very poorly organised from start to finish. The bus arrived late with no communication, and even when it arrived, no one informed us. Break times were unclear and unrealistic for such a large group.
The hotel was much further away than advertised, and we were constantly rushed due to delays caused by bad planning. Pisa and Florence visits were much shorter than promised, tour guide was only 22 minutes instead of 2hours and 30 minutes promised on the website due to delays and we spent a lot of time waiting around with no updates.
On the last day, we had to wait outside for nearly two hours before going to Venice because they told us to wait for an extra bus that was coming from Rome.One of the bus leaders was also quite rude.
Overall, the trip did not match what was advertised and was very stressful. I would not recommend this company.

Booked a Lapland package trip scheduled for 12 February 2026. The trip was cancelled by Uniflucht just one day before departure. A few alternative options and a refund option were provided. I chose the refund, and approval was confirmed on 12 February 2026. Since then, there have been no further updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has still not been received as of 4 March 2026.
Last-minute cancellations combined with delayed refunds can leave customers without a vacation, facing financial strain and significant disappointment.
Future customers should carefully consider this risk before booking.
Pretty much waste of time and money and lots of disappointment, is what you get with uniflucht.

Beinahe hätte ich aufgrund der Bewertungen hier auf Trustpilot diese schöne Nordlichter-Reise nach Lappland nicht gebucht, aber dann kam mir der Gedanke, die insgesamt starken Google Bewertungen durchzulesen. Da passte doch was nicht. Das ist ein Unterschied zwischen Himmel und Hölle! Daher nehme ich mir mal die Zeit, hier was klarzustellen (denn scheinbar schrecken hier ein paar einzelne Hater vor diesem tollen Reiseanbieter ab):
Ich habe mit etwas Bauchweh beschlossen, die Reise trotzdem zu buchen (Augen zu und durch) und es war die beste Entscheidung, die ich treffen konnte. Kleiner Tipp vorab für unsichere Neulinge wie mich: haltet euch einfach an die Anweisungen des Reiseanbieters und alles ist bestens. Es wird vorab mitgeteilt, dass Haltepunkte mit zu wenig Teilnehmern entfallen können, da der Fahrplan eng getaktet ist und eingehalten werden muss. Da es bei Busreisen scheinbar immer Zu-Spät-Kommer gibt, fuhren auch wir etwas später von Düsseldorf nach Hamburg los. Die guten Busfahrer konnten die Zeit aber wieder gutmachen (was die Bahn eher nicht schafft). Der tolle Reiseleiter Didar hat uns während der Fahrt über WhatsApp in der Gruppe über wichtige Abläufe stets auf dem laufenden gehalten. Das war top organisiert. Wenn hier in den Bewertungen über Verspätungen gemotzt wird, dann ist das nicht die Schuld des Unternehmens. Einer schrieb sogar, dass er an der Raststätte zurückgelassen wurde? Da frage ich mich, ob er auf dem Pott eingeschlafen ist. Die Busse sind verdammt bequem und modern (Heizung, Klima, USB-Anschlüsse für alle, etc). Da kann man auch gut schlafen. Seid einfach pünktlich wieder am Bus. Der Guide hat stets großzügige Pausen gewährt und niemand ist zurückgeblieben. Die Schiffe von Viking Line (Glory und Grace) sind Spitzenklasse und schon deshalb die Reise absolut wert. Auch die Fahrt von Helsinki nach Rovaniemi war sehr entspannt. Beachtet bitte, dass die Nachtfahrten im Bus verbracht werden, was die Reise so günstig macht. Die Tage in Rovaniemi wurden in einem super Hotel verbracht und das Highlight bekamen wir zu sehen: die schönen Polarlichter. Viele Aktivitäten konnten dazu gebucht werden (siehe Webseite). Unser Guide hat abends sehr schöne Standorte für die Besichtigungen der Polarlichter gewählt. Man hätte tagsüber sogar alle Aktivitäten buchen können. Mit 2 bis 4 ist man aber gut bedient. Es wurde nie langweilig. Die gewählte Route über Stockholm, Helsinki, Lappland (inklusive Santa Clause Village), Turku und Kopenhagen war perfekt gewählt (ok, Turku geht so, da ist aber der Hafen, trotzdem nett zu besuchen). Kopenhagen, Stockholm und der Polarkreis mit den schönen Nordlichtern waren das absolute Highlight der Reise. Und ganz wichtig, auch die tolle Reisegruppe. Es hängt immer auch von den Menschen selbst ab und wie offen man ihnen begegnet. Ein großer Dank an unseren Reiseleiter Didar für die tolle Organisation und an die 2 Busfahrer, die uns stets sicher von A nach B gefahren haben. Ihr habt alle einen klasse Job gemacht. Die Reise und den Anbieter empfehle ich definitiv weiter. Lasst euch von den Kommentaren hier nicht abschrecken. Da waren wohl ein paar Frustrierte unterwegs. Gut, dass ich auf Google gehört habe.

Uniflucht GmbH has provided the single worst travel booking experience I have ever encountered. Their complete lack of customer care and professional negligence is astounding.
Just **ONE DAY** before my scheduled departure, I received a notification that the departure point for my journey had been changed. This last-minute alteration caused massive disruption, rendering my carefully made travel plans, including pre-booked connecting transport and accommodation, completely useless and resulting in significant additional costs and stress.
When I contacted customer service to resolve this unacceptable situation—either by providing a viable alternative that worked with my original plans or issuing a refund—I was met with utter indifference. The representative refused any refund, citing their terms and conditions, and showed zero empathy or willingness to find a solution for a problem **entirely of Uniflucht's making**.
To change a critical detail like a departure point with less than 24 hours' notice is grossly irresponsible. To then hide behind policy and refuse to take financial responsibility for the chaos they cause is the hallmark of a dishonest and predatory company.
I am now left out of pocket and had to scramble for last-minute alternatives at my own expense. I warn all potential customers: **DO NOT TRUST UNIFLUCHT GmbH.** Your money and your plans are not safe with them. They will alter services at the last minute and abandon you without recourse. A truly disgraceful company.

Une expérience répugnante et épuisante. Organisation inexistante : planning donné la veille, changé en permanence. 80 % du voyage enfermé dans un bus, sans vraies pauses ni repos. Sans organisation personnelle, il est possible de rester 24h sans manger.
Mais le pire reste l’hygiène. Le bus devient rapidement irrespirable :
odeurs de pieds, de transpiration, de nourriture très épicée consommée dans le bus, de déchets accumulés jour après jour. Certaines personnes ne se lavent visiblement pas pendant plusieurs jours, et l’odeur de corps, d’aisselles et de vêtements sales envahit l’espace. Huit jours coincé dans ce bus donnent l’impression de vivre dans une poubelle roulante.
Ajoutez à cela le bruit permanent, les téléphones en haut-parleur, les cris d’enfants sans aucune limite, et des passagers qui toussent directement au visage des autres. Demander un minimum de respect entraîne agressivité et moqueries collectives.
J’ai même vu des roommates cuisiner dans les chambres d’hôtel et jeter les affaires d’autres voyageurs.
Ce voyage n’a absolument rien de magique. C’est une épreuve de survie mentale et physique.
Si vous avez la moindre exigence en matière de propreté, de calme et de respect, fuyez Uniflucht.

Where do I even start? My pickup location was canceled the night before, leaving me to figure out how to get there on my own. Then the tour guide tried to scam us with national park tickets, threatening that we wouldn’t be allowed in the park unless we buy the ticket from him and we paid him in cash. Turns out the tickets were twice as expensive as buying them directly at the park.
We constantly arrived late at hotels, making it impossible to have dinner. Two days went by without a proper meal. The hotel itself was in the middle of nowhere. On the last day, bad weather hit, and the group wanted to head home early instead of staying in the city until 8 PM. We were dropped off last and didn’t arrive until 4–5 PM the next day, completely exhausted. That day was essentially wasted.
This was supposed to be a trip covering Krka, Dubrovnik, and Split, but the organization was chaotic and stressful. If we had left Split at 5 PM, we probably would have reached Duisburg by 1–2 PM the next day—something that could have been avoided with proper planning. Overall, extremely disappointing experience.

I really enjoyed the trip to Italy. Our trip leader was well-informed and helpful. I managed to see everything I wanted in such an affordable price and great conditions. Would totally go again!

Got exactly what we paid for. A bus trip to Munich over night to Oktoberfest's opening day. The team leader was incredible, sharing information constantly, making sure everyone was in the right spot and even offered a helping hand when needed.

I have visited Paris with Uniflucht for the first time. They provided the trip and all necessary information to me after I arrived there.
It was affordable and well managed. Definitely recommend it to others.

SCHRECKLICH,NIE WIEDER!Die Reise in die Schweiz&Frankreich:Frankreich ist komplett ausgefallen,da der Bus morgens um 8 defekt war, haben vorgeschlagen die Fahrt dorthin selber zu organisieren und das man uns anschließend abholt, aber nein sollten warten, da man gesagt das dass wir gefühlt jede 2 Stunde bereit sein sollten, konnten wir uns nicht vom Fleck entfernen nicht ordentlich in ein Restaurant sitzen, garnicht außer nur hin und her zu spazieren!Anschließend sollten wir abends um 20 Uhr zum Bus(war immer noch nicht Fahrbereit, haben draußen wie obdachlose bis Mitternacht gewartet, dann sollten wir selber zusehen nach einem Flixbus nachschauen damit wir selber zurück nach Deutschland kommen.Für die Mehraufwendungen wie Ticket in Chamonix und Flixbus Rückfahrt nach Deutschland, obwohl ich es per Mail zugeschickt hab, immer noch keine Antwort bzgl. der Rückerstattung. Für den einen Tag eine mickriges Angebot von einem Gutschein in Höhe von 60€. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass so ein Unternehmen kein Plan B zur Verfügung stellt, auf unser Plan nicht eingeht. Keine ordentliche Entschuldigung oder Rückantwort auf unsere Mail gibt. Richtig unverschämt wie manche Unternehmen sich verhalten.
