I placed an order on Aug. 22, 2021. Didn't receive any updates until I contacted customer service on Sept. 5, 2021 asking for a projected ship date. Response was that I was e-mailed on Aug. 24th which is not true; I searched my emails. Problem was attributed to an inventory error. Items were canceled and refunded without asking me first what resolution I would prefer. And on top of that, I keep getting spammed to review uniformcountry.com when my order was never even completely processed.

Great quality fabric, soft, stretch. Vivid colors, true-to-size fit. Fast delivery.

Very nice customer service in store and online!!! I went to the store to try on scrubs to see what size I needed and the staff was friendly and kind. Then I went home and got the website to order more... I was trying to save money and ordered 2 different brands of tops and bottoms... I got a text the next morning from them and they brought up the fact that the tops might not match the bottoms... I never even thought of that!!! So, they fixed my order and it arrived at the store ready for pickup in about five days (maybe four, I was not counting)... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and GREATLY appreciate the effort they put in in order to make my experience pleasant and accurate!!! THANK YOU Uniform Country!!!

It's been a week since I ordered and it's still showing "processing" as the status so I can't give a good review yet. The selection and price and order process was good.

The young lady who’s answered the phone was very helpful and I received my order quickly

I ordered from the website, got told over a week later that the top was unavailable due to the website inventory not being up to date. Then received another email saying that they see it was an overseas order and did I still want the pants. I replied to say I need them by a certain date which they didn’t wait for and sent confirmation of mailing anyway. $16 pants and $95 shipping costs for a messed up order. Disappointing
