There are a lot of questions, but the company does everything possible to be available and answer all of them. The rep I worked with was very nice and also available to walk me through the process. I definitely recommend the program and the ongoing education is excellent even after the purchase.

I have ran a service based business for over 30 years, the attention to customers and how quick this communication gets back via a multitude of different avenues through their website, they’re bot, their emails, their phone calls, their free Zoom calls, their incredible line of videos and literature and books to read, this company is truly exceptional, especially in the industry that’s surrounded by fear! Anyone choosing to step out of fear this is your company ! So far I have spoken with Kirk, Alexis, and Roshana, they are exceptional in the Customer Service world, I wish I could hire them for my company!💜

While it seems scary & a little confusing when you first start watching the videos & attending the zoom calls, I felt more comfortable when I received a 1:1 call from an advisor. We are still in the process of working on our UNA but we are now considered a nonresident alien & don't pay taxes.

The whole process was smooth. We received the ROE paperwork fast and followed the instructions for signatures and mailing. If we had any questions the team was very responsive. Albert on the zoom calls has been very helpful too. Overall great experience.

it was a little confusing at first as no one andwered the phone and I ended up
buying without ever talking to a person. I had to chat my way through. I was finally assigned to an advisor who was very thorough, friendly and helpful. Albert!

This has been the greatest investment of my life. It will save me thousands of dollars.
