I had a great experience with this company. The guys were great. Efficient, talked me through everything they were going to do and although I gave the election a headache, he was great. They cleared up after themselves. I have nothing to complain about.
Can't forget the staff on the phone, especially Sylvia, who was so patient with all the calls I had to make!
Great company.

Great communication and kept me informed on the process for having both my cavity wall insulation done and the installation of solar panels and battery.

workmen were very good clean doing there job & polite explained every thing to myself only fault being that the debri has still not been removed a month later

Ive had Solar/Battery/Air source heat pump/Insulation, the full package. The different groups doing the work, have all been fine, as have the Office staff, BUT, after 5 weeks, I am without lights in Bathroom/Kitchen/bedroom, and non working socket in Conservatory. An electric towel rail was removed for one of the rads, and they said they would place it elsewhere, they didn't, it disappeared, and I've asked them to return it, as I can fit it elsewhere, and despite emails/online requests no response. A glass wall light was broken, said would replace but no response so far. Five blinds were taken down, left all over the place, and are beyond repair. I sent photos, but again, no response. The only people to respond have been the solar group, as I cannot use the app, so have no clue as to what is happening, and they are sorting it for me, and have been very helpful.I cannot comment on the other groups, as non have been in touch. Niggles need to be fixed, and no response is not a good look. I will come back to this review, if anything changes. The heating itself?. Living in an old Croft on the Scottish moors, I was used to the cold, but this heating system will make my last years on Earth very comfortable, for me, this is a lottery win.It just works. The system is highly recommended, the workman/office staff are recommended, someone just needs to fix the small things...... Thank you for your reply 5/11, unfortunately electrician never turned up. Nothing has been resolved so far!!.NOW BEEN 22 WEEKS, still not resolved. Small claims court next.

I can't believe that the five men from Union Technically managed to fit the nine radiators, airpump, and the Indirect heat pump Cylinder and everything working in one day. I have been wonderfully warm and cosy ever since

The job was done professionally. Communication between the office, Us and the work teams was very Smooth .The teams , worked very hard Installing an Air Source source Hear Pump and Radiators.With Solar panels with very little hiccups . A very well done job all round.

All done and dusted in one day. The only downside for me was the way my new hall carpet was left. I’ve contacted union technical on several occasions re carpets but have had no response

All on-site tradesmen incl. subcontractors are punctual, professional, polite and sensitive to the needs of their client and their property.

Excellent service found the installation team to be friendly, helpful, considerate and very professional from start to finish. Completed job above my expectations home left warm, clean and tidy.

too many different trades men for each job, inconsistent work flow. It would have improved the process if the same team was used each time

Union Technical installed internal wall and loft insulation in our stone cottage in April 2023.

Following an independent review of Union Technical's work, some faults were identified and it took a further 9 months for Union Technical to resolve these issues, primarily due to them failing to respond to emails and/or phone calls.

Union Technical's poor handling of these issues means that we are unable to recommend them for any insulation work.

First class service, very informative with dates and times, extremely tidy workmen, office staff were polite, and always helpful.

Guys all friendly and helpful - and very professional. I am left with a lot still to do, after they've gone. Skirting still to be put back; window blinds to re-fit (something we initially had done by professionals, so I have no idea how to do this); dust everwhere. BUT the new heating system works, and overall I am very happy

A perfect job but few appointments were missed and no contact from the service to reschedule until I had to follow up in which they apologised and took it up. Aside that, all jobs were perfectly done with no concern.

The workers from start to finish were excellent and couldn’t do enough for me well done ant thanks very much.
