Absolute garbage service
Absolute garbage service! I bought Genshin Impact crystals twice (MYR 119.90 each), both payments went through, but their website said "failed."
I contacted support right away to cancel and ask for a refund. They totally ignored me for hours. Then, they forcefully topped up my account anyway and told me "no refunds."
What a joke! Holding my money hostage and forcing a transaction I didn't want? Total thieves and scammers. Stay away!

Unipin penipu, saya membeli roblox gift card di website unipin lalu saya memilih kartu gift card seharga 48 k, kemudian saya sudah membayar akan tetapi ketika saya sudah membayar code nya tidak dikirim ke email dan tidak kunjung di perbaiki bug tersebut hal tersebut membuat saya tidak percaya terhadap unipin karna penipu.

my second time reveiew about unipin,first time i bought steam cards to get games were in sale , the didnt send the gift card, after more than week , the refunded the monbey as credits in my account , so i wan to buy again , boom no steam cards in the store , no any gift cards like PSN ,steam , xbox , so what i should do with my money ? i dont know

Hi, I've tried reaching out to you, but your mailbox is full, so it can't receive emails, and your WhatsApp isn't active either.
I got an update from the UniPin CS team, and based on what I was told, the 500+500 diamond purchase promo in Malaysia only applies to your first purchase — subsequent purchases are subject to regular pricing. So there's no error on UniPin's end, which also invalidates your claim and the 1-star rating that came with it.
Your claim that UniPin CS never responded to you is also inaccurate.
I have a screenshot showing CS did respond to you; it's likely the response just couldn't get through because your mailbox is full. Here's the proof: https://prnt.sc/9fSOj_7dHXSb
Hopefully, this clarifies things and helps you reconsider the 1-star review you left.
I like the new user experience
As a UniPin user since 2020, for me the transaction process is always been instant.
I particularly like the new UI and experience design.

Sudah bertahun-tahun jadi pelanggan kalau top-up selalu masuk cepat walau kadang kalau ada masalah tunggunya lama, tapi selalu solved sih.
Mohon ditingkatkan lagi kecepatan layanannya.

UNIPIN BGMI VOUCHER IS A SCAM VIA UPI
UNIPIN VOUCHER has scammed me. I bought it from Phonpe; the voucher doesn't have a serial number starting with a letter. Unipin is avoiding responsibility for resolving it and tells me that it is not our Unipin; that is a stupid thing I heard from a company. Phonepe customers are avoiding me for 2-3 days. My question is: how can someone set up a fake Unipin voucher in upi payment store, and is Unipin allowing it?
