I am BLOWN AWAY!!! The BEST money spent!! I can’t stop listening to it and tears keep falling but happy tears . It was for my only granddaughter who is 10. she her self has a beautiful voice and we love singing and dancing together! I just did the short version first and was not sure about going forward with the price however I did and this is literally PRICLESS !! I can hardly wait to share this with her! Don’t hesitate one bit! They are awesome!!

I got this song made for my late wife. It is absolutely incredible. I wish she was around to hear this. They did a wonderful job outing this together. I went with the memories of what we chose to eat in certain days (I'm a Chef) and I can't believe that they turned those words, those memories, into this song that I will cherish forever.

Back in July of this year I had a song made for my best friend and was impressed so had a second song made for my son shortly after.

After listening to both songs recently I requested minor changes made to the lyrics. Unique Song were happy to do this.

I look forward to playing my friend's song to her on the holiday weekend in October when I am planning to visit. I'm yet to catch up with my son, but this should be within the next couple of months.

I am excited to play their songs for them.

⭐ Extremely disappointing post-sale experience — beware of the “free revisions” promise

I had an extremely poor experience with Unique Song, particularly with their post-sale service and revision process.

Their website states that you get free revisions until you love your song. Based on my experience, that promise did not reflect what actually happened.

My original request was very specific: the song was intended to be an R&B song performed by a solo female artist, with only one word changed from the original lyrics. Instead, I have now gone through 5–6 rounds of revisions, and the fundamental requirements continue to be missed.

Some examples:

• One of the early revisions changed the lyrics substantially instead of making the requested one-word change.
• I eventually had to attach the original lyrics to make the requested change clear.
• Despite repeatedly specifying a solo female R&B vocalist, multiple versions were produced as a male/female duet.
• One revision was inexplicably changed to a country-style song, despite the original being R&B.
• The tempo and overall interpretation were repeatedly changed rather than simply correcting the requested issue.
• After approximately 4–5 rounds, I contacted their WhatsApp support because the revisions were still not following my original request. Despite showing them their own “free revisions” policy, I was told I would need to pay for additional revisions.
• After I challenged this and provided the policy, their support eventually stopped responding altogether.
• Most concerning, I subsequently learned that changing the gender of the vocalist is apparently a $39.99 paid revision. Given that I had clearly requested a solo female vocalist from the beginning, it is extremely frustrating that the versions being delivered continued to use the wrong gender and duet format. From a customer’s perspective, it creates the impression that I am being pushed toward paying $39.99 to correct something that was part of my original request, rather than a change I introduced afterward.

I received yet another revision today, and unfortunately, it is still a duet, despite repeatedly making it clear that I specifically requested a solo female artist.

The frustrating part is that this was not a case where I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. The original requirements were straightforward, and I repeatedly provided the same clarification. The issue was that the revisions did not consistently follow those requirements.

I paid for what was supposed to be a personalized song and expected the advertised revision process to allow reasonable corrections until the result matched my request. Instead, the post-sale experience has been incredibly frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing.

My biggest concern is not that the first version wasn’t perfect — it’s how the company handled the revisions afterward. If a company advertises “free revisions until you love it,” customers should reasonably expect those revisions to be honored and their clearly stated requirements to be followed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Unique Song unless they significantly improve their revision and post-sale support process.

I don’t know how they did it! I sent a book-load of information when I answered the questions in preparation for making a song for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. They were able to take all that info and shrink it down into a song that had the most powerful impact. The song said so much without having to say all of it. They chose the perfect content in what I provided and created a beautiful story of our lives in the verses and bundled it up in how I feel about my husband in the chorus. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend giving this gift of a song to anyone that you truly want to communicate how much they mean to you…how much you love them. It’s better than any gift they could unwrap. My husband said it was the best gift I ever gave him! I would also recommend going for the third verse for the greatest impact. Wow,…just wow!

The song was great - When I had him listen to it, I did not expect the reaction I got - He actually teared up and kissed my hand. I've played it for him a few more times and he still has tears in his eyes each time. It is so sweet. After this many years of marriage, I was able to surprise him. I had an issue where I overpaid and the communication and refund from the company were very professionally resolved.

My 6 year old son plays his song everyday and says to me mom this McCoys song from Mommy 😀🩷💙 my mother in Montreal also shared it with tons of people --touching their hearts as they know of the complications I had giving birth to my son--God brought him back to life for me 🙏. My husband is a musician. He wrote me a song for our wedding 38 years ago. Last year, he almost lost his battle with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma but with God's grace, is now in remission.
