ordered the hand crank flip book for fathers day, lovely item and over the last 3 months has only been looked at a few times (more for decoration) and its just fallen apart.. contacted them and they said i could send back and they will fix for a $25 service charge... i'm in the uk not america and i paid a uk delivery originally... when i said i wasnt going to pay, they replied with its mor ethan 3 months old so nothing we can do. Have a nice day!

I ordered 2 personalised etched glass as Father’s Day gifts, I wish I had seen other reviews prior to placing my order. Not only did the items that I received look absolutely nothing like the image provided they did not arrive on time for Father’s Day.

When I contacted the company, they originally gave me a tracking number that I could not use to locate the parcel, I was told to be patient. I received one out of the two items i contacted them to state one item was missing. I was provided with another tracking number which showed it had only just been dispatched. They refused to offer a full refund or send a proper replacement.
To add to this I was pathetically offered a 10 % refund and 30% off my next purchase! Despite weeks of emailing I was told to return the item without a returns label and at my own cost to somewhere in China.

Clearly I would then not have benefited by this in anyway.
Please AVOID to save the stress of dealing with scammers such as this. I have learned the hard way and will never buy anything from them again and want to protect others from this diabolical experience.

SCAM ALERT!! I ordered a personalized etched glass as a Father’s Day gift, expecting a high-quality, etched design as shown in the product listing. What I received was nothing like what was advertised — the image was not etched at all, but faintly printed or stenciled on, and completely unrecognizable. It looked nothing like the photo I submitted or the examples on their site.

When I contacted the company, they refused to offer a full refund or send a proper replacement. Instead, they offered a small partial refund or told me I could return the item — at my own expense — to a warehouse in China. That shipping would have cost more than the product itself. Despite their claim of a “100% Satisfaction Guarantee,” they refused to cover return shipping or make it right in any meaningful way.

I’ve spent weeks going back and forth with them. Save yourself the time, stress, and money — I would not recommend this company to anyone.

False advertisement and the worst gift. Ordered a cigar tray for my husband, was advertised as “ Handcrafted from premium solid walnut wood.”
We received the cigar tray and it looked like a child painted it. It was painted a walnut color, definitely not made with a solid walnut wood.

Avoid this company at all cost, if I could a 0 star rating I would. Item was extremely poor quality and you couldn't even make out the photo on the glass! They told me I would have to pay to return the item for a full refund, which was ridiculous and cost more than the item. The item was not fit for its purpose and customer service was useless! I would never use again!!!!

Item arrived later than expected and very damaged, emailed them to explain it was damaged , they emailed back asking for photos which I sent they then asked me if I could repair it my self and if not they will resolve it, but now they have blocked my emails so I can not speak with them. So I have no item, no refund and no replacement. Please avoid this company

Avoid this site at all cost, If I could put 0 stars I would and that would still be too many, I ordered an engraved glass for farther’s day with an engraving of our dogs as the pictures on the website looked clear and detailed, what I received was anything but, it was a small image with no detail, to the point the breed of dog was not identifiable, I also ordered a gift box which i payed extra for and did not receive. I contacted them, and despite sending photo proof, they’re only offer of correction has been a 15% refund which I feel does not resolve the issue as I will have to order another gift as it is not an item I feel is gift-able to anyone who I did not want to disappoint. Overall a terrible purchase experience.

Terrible service. Same experience as others, the photo box arrived broken, the rotator does now work and the usbc is not connected meaning you cannot charge the light. Only offered 15% discount for the fault and not a replacement as stated on the website. Appalling service and would discourage anyone from buying from this company.

The picture frame rotator came broken,the packaging was barely protective. the battery for the light was hanging off and a plastic piece was broken off which renders the item unusable. I asked for a refund due to it being broken and having to find another gift. All they offered me was 15% off the broken item. I recommend NOT to buy from them!

Why I’m disappointed

The box arrived in the wrong colour — not what I ordered.
The seller admitted they have no stock in the color I paid for.
A mere 15% refund doesn't compensate for sending it wrongly in the first place.
Recommendation: Avoid purchasing from this seller unless they sort out their stock and fulfil orders correctly.

Poor quality - gift turned up broken and their CS department sent me a video on how to fix it!

Delayed arrival too.
