Resolved the issue properly and very professional.

IQ query sorted out quickly and efficiently

Very responsive and resolutions are always quick and effective

Helpful and Happy to investigate any issues which were promptly dealt with and resolved. Always polite and a pleasure to communicate with.

Very slow. The iq time card is also slow and sometimes does not respond. This has no mark on People planner.
Has a lot less funcions than PP.

Wouldn't reccoment at all for care companies requiring high admin work for managers or carers

The functionality of IQ:CareManager is excellent. We have used other providers in the past and, prior to Unique, viewed a number of other possibilities. Unique is by far the best system we found and meets our business needs perfectly.

We are supported by a fantastic team who are really supportive, friendly and readily available for support, especially Keeley on the Service Desk.

We have worked with Unique for over 5 years.IQ is an excellent system supported by a responsive team. When we have requested changes to meet our needs it has always been achieved with a minimum of fuss.

The product itself is really good, the occasional glitch though to be fair sometimes that can be down to mobile signals. The biggest positive with IQ is the people - approachable, responsive, reliable. And as they have grown this hasn't been lost. Well done to David, Cheryl and their team!!
