Don’t make an order if you need for Mother’s Day valentines or any other special occasion this year !!!! As I think the penguin I ordered is walking from the Antarctic himself !
Still waiting for an order over 2 weeks , in this day and age you need to deliver quicker

The whole experience was unfortunately a negative one. The item took far too long to arrive and the customer service was extremely poor. They have no intention of putting the customer first, which is a real shame. I would not recommend buying anything from their website.

Ordered an item specifically advertised as a Valentines gift, and it did not arrive on time. “Support” was not helpful. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Poor service.
They advertised a product that if you brought that day, it would be delivered before Valentine’s Day.
Sending out 2 days before when you knew it wouldn’t arrive and have failed to address my complaint properly.
Won’t be using you again

Another scam site om Facebook.
Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a gift stated "guaranteed for Valentines Day"... courier still says not received on 13th Feb. Will be amazed if it ever actually arrives... seems like a scam based on other recent reviews. Will be contacting my bank.

DO NOT USE this company or purchase anything. They are a scam and fail to deliver as promised.

Placed an order on 04.02.2026 for a valentines gift. Despite contacting the company several times for clarification that I would receive this item for 14.02.2026 I did not receive a response until I informed them I would raise a dispute with my bank. I was told order had already been dispatched but 3 hours later I received a notification to say processing
Order was only processed on 12.02.2026 so not time to receive the item.

Very poor communication and slow to dispatch order. Would not recommend

Similar to other reviews which I have now read, advertising delivery for a certain date, didn’t arrive and package never received by the courier company. Emails are remaining unanswered. Stay clear!!

Buyer beware. Ordered a gift. Told them when I needed it by. It never arrived. The tracking # they sent is a scam, as the package was never given to the shipping co. I've reached out 3 times and they ignore me. Do NOT do business with this so called company.

Total scam. Take your money but never send the item. Return policy is a joke because they say no returns on custom and everything they sell is custom. Stay away.
