Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sowohl mit unserer schnellen Kommunikation als auch mit der Qualität der Produkte zufrieden sind. Gerade bei ballistischer Ausrüstung legen wir größten Wert auf Verarbeitung, Funktionalität und Tragekomfort – umso mehr freut es uns, dass Sie insbesondere das verstellbare Gurtsystem und die Polsterung des Helms positiv hervorheben.

Die Lieferverzögerung seitens GLS bedauern wir, sind jedoch froh, dass das Paket schließlich unversehrt bei Ihnen angekommen ist.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihren Hinweis bezüglich des Helmet Covers. Ihr Feedback nehmen wir ernst und geben es an unser Produktteam weiter, um die Passform künftig noch weiter zu optimieren.

. Based on this review, we are unable to identify which order you placed with us.

Once you email us, we will immediately inform you of the current status of your order. After logging into your account on our website, you can track your order using the tracking number. The tracking number is always sent to the customer by email once the order has been dispatched.

All orders are normally dispatched the next business day after being placed. If the order was not dispatched, it is most likely due to an error on the carrier’s side.

Please contact us by email and we will resolve the situation with you as soon as possible.
