United EV レビュー

Great communication to start off with, very genuine and nice guy who did a great job with exactly what we requested, would highly recommend

We were recommended to contact Gareth by the main dealer for BYD but sadly the experience was disappointing. Enquiry form online filled and Gareth responded very quickly, he requested fotos and videos which were sent the following day. Then nothing, I gave it 24 hours and called, Gareth said he could do the job but didn’t sound convincing but would send the quote later. Then nothing again so I gave up. Cannot judge Gareth experience, ability to do the job but the customer service was woeful for me. It may be he was too busy or we are too far to travel but if that’s the case then an upfront admission would have been great.

No mention of your wife's impending confinement at any time otherwise I would have left you be.

Great work by Gareth. Left the job perfectly tidy, great communication but most important of all.. turned up to complete the work on time and as agreed. Would highly recommend Gareth.

Initial communication was very timely and Gareth turned up to assess the job and then carry out the work when he said he would. The job was completed very efficiently and we are very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Had new EV charger fitted by Gareth yesterday. Arrived ahead of expected time due to cancellation of previous job but I was kept in the loop all the time. He was down to earth, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, setting up the charger neatly in our chosen location. Helped set up Ohme app after fitting, with clear concise instructions of how to pair with car which was great for a novice like me. Would recommend Gareth to anyone wanting professional and friendly installation. 10/10!

Prompt, punctual, polite but best of all absolutely knew his onions and sorted out what could easily have turned out to be a difficult install with no fuss, followed by regs documentation straight away. Brilliant service

Superb service from Gareth - thankyou

Good communication to agree installation date which was the day after i took delivery of my EV.
Gareth the engineer messaged to inform us of expected arrival, he worked hard in freezing/windy weather conditions.
Installation completed professionally and neatly in our preferred location.
Gareth took time to help me set up the Omhe app and pair it with my car and explained the settings which I really appreciated as a new EV owner.
Would definitely recommend.

We had our new home EV charger fitted by Gareth today and the service was exceptional from start to finish. He was punctual, messaged ahead of arrival, and even kindly waited while the hubby got back from the school run — genuinely above and beyond.

Gareth was incredibly helpful and insightful, explaining everything clearly and making sure my husband felt confident using the charger. The installation was quick, smooth, and impressively clean, with real attention to detail.

Highly recommend Gareth to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and all-round brilliant EV charger installer. Outstanding service.

Arrival was prompt(I have no respect for people who do not keep time). Charger was neatly and professionally installed. My inquiries after the installation was well addressed. Gareth who came around for the installation is well experienced. I will always recommend

Very good down to earth guy easy to understand

Gareth did a great job, was very helpful and left everything neat and tidy

Efficient, explained how the charger worked and did a neat and tidy job

Gareth has done an excellent job of installing and explaining the EV charger. I was happy to leave Gareth unsupervised at our property whilst I had to leave the house.
Left the place as he found it, completed the work in good time and prompt with forwarding relevant documents.

Would recommend.

We were really impressed with the level of communication and professionalism of the installation. Gareth was very courteous and professional in his manner arrived on time and completed the work to an extremely good standard as an X installer myself I was extremely impressed with Gareth's workmanship

Gareth was very professional & personable. Great communication & helpful throughout the installation.

Friendly personality excellent workmanship

Gareth messaged to let us know what time he was arriving to install our charger. He was punctual, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Gareth was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He contacted me in advance to arrange a convenient time and arrived punctually as agreed. The installation was quick and efficient, and he kept me informed at every stage of the process.

He made sure everything was left clean and tidy, took the time to clearly explain how to use the charger, and promptly completed all the necessary paperwork before leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gareth to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed.

What a great job Gareth did. Very knowledgeable on the technology and the considerations when installing your EV port. Excellent communication beforehand too. Thank you.
