Ordered over 10 times from united pharmacies to the uk. I've never had a problem with the products (Modafinil) mainly. Always on time, and good customer service.

I ordered a few 15 gram tubes of cream, yet was charged £15.00 for shipping for a parcel weighing less than 100g - not much more than a standard letter weighs in a package which could quite easily be sent cheaply by airmail.

This is pure greed, as shipping prices have dropped significantly since the days where Covid was inflating shipping prices and Airmail services are now largely all back to normal.

United Pharmacy should be back to charging £8 or less for non express deliveries. This was the price pre C19 and it has never been reduced down again after the pandemic.

£15.00 for a 100g package is just ludicrous and there are far cheaper methods available to ship internationally. Give customers the choice!.

Order a product weighing 100g from Bangood and Aliexpress or any other companies shipping internationally and their rates for 15 - 30 day airmail are just a few $.

Why aren't United Pharmacy giving the same low cost option?. The minimum shipping is £15 even for one item.

Right now it costs less than £15 to get a private prescription in the UK with an online doctor service to get the medication you need.

Very long delivery times and long response times. Otherwise legit medication seller, I still would recommend another website.

This is the first Oder I made and they have a Wonderful service. The bank transfer was a bit of a pain but did it in the end. I ordered on the 13th and arrived on the 26th by standard airmail. Updated throughout delivery. And I have put in a second order.

Easy to deal with supplied drug NHS don't supply anymore

Hi I would like to pay for my order but received no details for bank transfer. What's the bank details. My order number UK-O-817670

Ordered on Wednesday, money taken from account on Thursday. I received no confirmatory email, three emails asking what was happening went unanswered, then the product arrived on the Wednesday one week after the order went in. fine in the end, but I would like to have been kept informed.

Just realized they sold and sent me two creams that expired in 2021. Be careful

I supsect the modafinil is fake, it gives no effect compared to the previous ones i had

shipping may take a few weeks but that's hardly their fault, nice array of supplements available!

I stopped using this company for two reasons.

Firstly they have stopped accepting card payments, this means there is a extra expense in arranging a wire transfer and then on top of this, there is a hefty postage charge on top.

So no credit card protection.

Secondly, they offered me a discount on my next order of 15 per cent, but when I came to reorder they would not honour the discount.

When I contacted them they said they no longer offered discounts.

I think it would help both the company and buyers if cards were accepted and the prices altered to include the postage.

If you want delivery within 14 days you need to pay an extra £35.00, when combined with the cost of a wire transfer it adds a hefty preventable to your final bill.

delivery quicker than expected. Kept in contact via email and I was able to track my order really easily. Highly recommend them.

This was my second order. First order I used DHL which came in a few days. I then tried another order using standard post to the UK and still arrived in a week including weekends using Royal Mail. Very happy. Payment methods are a bit of a faff as I opted to transfer funds via my Revolut account. Very helpful on their website chat too and emails answered promptly.

Absolutely fantastic service ! Bought Bupropion as no longer able to get this is the UK and my tablets arrived within 2 weeks which was much quicker than I was expecting. Exceeded my expectations. Given that the NHS no longer exists I have been unable to get medication for Narcolepsy - I did manage to secure some from UKMeds (England based company), however they seemingly no longer sell it.

Was skeptical but the medication I got was legit. I'd really recommend if you are ordering any medication please source it from Turkey as you're able to verify if the medication has been properly manufactured in the country using the Turkish governments its.gov.tr
