Very happy with my order. Shipping was fast. The ONLY thing I would change is to make the poster a little wider. It is very hard to put it in a frame as the lettering is so close to the edge of the poster.

The poster was delivered on time and was exactly as I had requested

I made a mistakeon my order. As soon as I noticed it I made contact. They told me to reorder and they would cancel my first order. I did as told and they immediatelydid as they said. I received the order and it was perfect. Great company to do business with.

The products were wonderfully made.
I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive. Communication was not the greatest. I reached out two weeks after my order and they returned an email back immediately and at that time told me it was shipped the day before. Why does it seem it took me reaching out to the company for them to ship the order?

Ordered two customized posters ("Soccer Life Lessons") for my young two boys. They came exactly as ordered and as portrayed online. Customization included jersey color, number and name; hair style/color, skin color, etc. From behind, they both carry a good resemblance to my two boys.
For those complaining about framing, nowhere does Unitrophy say that the product comes framed. It comes nicely rolled up in a cardboard protected package. The printing seems good quality also.
Now I will take it to my local framing shop for simple framing and hanging. Very satisfied as these will be Christmas gifts come December.

Was sent the wrong package. Have sent multiple emails and sms with no reply.
Did not receive what I ordered and now no contact. But glady send me emails trying to sell me more. Trying sending me what I paid for then we can talk.

Buyer beware. My husband ordered the football player. The personalization was correct but make no mistake this is a $7.99 poster with no frame. We were charged $52!!!! I could have done this at Walgreens. They will not refund because the item is correct and they do not care if you are unsatisfied. Garbage.

The poster was exactly as ordered - every detail was 100% accurate. It was a gift for my daughter and she loved it! I received the order within a reasonable timeframe. No complaints from me!

Nice print, followed all modifications and colors look nice.We wrote “Love Mom & Dad” at the end but in the body of the text it said “I Hope” and I wish they caught it and changed to “we” since it’s from both of us.
