Units helped me with a very tricky double move and the customer service was 2nd to none. I wouldn't suggest anyone else for your moving needs. Thank you guys for making a difficult time a little less overwhelming.

I have rented two units -pods during our move from one home to another ( within same city) where we stored our furniture and stuff in the pods for a period of 3-4 months before we moved to our next home!
Chris and Mike are most wonderful kind hearted persons to work with ! They keep clients interests first and are ultra flexible and work hard to accommodate the client’s choices !

Units is a great organization. I had some damage in my basement bedroom that resulted in me needing to recarpet the basement and I ultimately chose to recarpet the entire house. 'Units' to the rescue! With all that work I needed to practically empty the entire house. The 'Units' team delivered and set up a unit in my driveway. It made it so easy to empty the contents of the house so that the new carpet could be laid throughout the house. The only 2 rooms that weren't being recarpeted were the dining room and living room. I was able to box up the majority of the contents and store it in the 'Unit'. It saved so much time and money because if I had to put everything in storage it would have taken a longer time and the items would not have been available to me. With the 'Unit' in the driveway I was able to easily get clothes and other items I needed out of the 'Unit' whenever I needed them. It took almost 2 weeks for the carpet company to tear up the old carpet and lay the new carpet. The entire process was difficult but it would have been 10 times harder without the 'Unit' in my driveway. 'UNITS' was a life saver as I had access to all my belonging right in my driveway. It was all secured with the locking system on the unit so I did not have to worry about my belongings. When the carpet was all complete and the house put back together it was easy for me to unload my belongs and return them to their proper location. The 'Units' team was fabulous in delivering and picking up the Unit. I can't express enough what an absolutely positive and flawless experience this was. My house was emptied except for major furniture into the Unit and my garage. I am so very grateful to the Unit team as they were wonderful to work with and the cost was very reasonable.

Overall, UNITS of St. Louis was the perfect experience. They had the best price that I was able to find anywhere and their communication and execution exceeded my expectations. The unit itself was extremely clean and they were able to fit it into kind of an awkward spot that I needed it to go in order to not block our garage. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

We are a nonprofit relocating to a new office building. We hired Units to help us with storage while we prepared for the big move. They couldn't be easier to work with! Everyone was very professional, the drop-off of the units was a breeze, and the units themselves kept our items protected from the weather. Highly recommend for your storage needs!

The customer service was perfect. I called and got taken care of for drop off and removal of the unit was within 24 hours of phone call. The lady I spoke to was so personable also which isn't always the case now.

It was a great experience all the way around, from talking with staff ordering the right unit, to the amazing delivery and pick-up. You made our life so much easier, during an already busy renovation time, having the unit next to our home, being able to just move items in and out and not having too drive too a self storage unit, made it so much easier. Great communication, pricing, availability.

First off, this is a business that is family owned and operated locally. Everything was just as they said it would be. The units themselves were clean and looked like they were fairly new. Units came when they said they would. Pickup was easy as they only needed a 1 day notice when I called. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing to move or store your treasured items.

All aspects of working with Units moving and storage were excellent. My realtor recommended Units, so I visited their facilities in Earth City. Clean, modern warehouse storage and excellent storage units.

All of the personnel I interacted with are professional and easy to work with. Scheduling was very accommodating and commitments were met.

The movers I used for loading and unloading furniture confirmed that Units was by far the highest quality and most dependable storage container supplier.

We had both a Unit and a Pod. The Unit was better made on the inside and out. Most importantly, the Unit can deliver into smaller areas that the other company could not.
