Almost a month ago, I bought several products on their website. Since then, I have received a couple of emails saying that their products are not in stock and that they will "send me a free eyeshadow" as a compensation, with no information whatsoever on when I would receive the products, if ever. I asked the company for a refund (which they never even offered themselves) and my email was ignored. At this point, I feel like I got scammed- my money was taken and no products were ever sent- and will need to start a legal process against them. I would avoid them at all costs.

Dit is nu eens echt make-up die allergeen vrij is, na een lange zoektocht dit merk gevonden. Na een jaar intensief gebruiken is mijn oogpotlood bijna op, ik heb daarom gelijk een nieuwe besteld. Van mijn kant uit was er iets misgegaan bij de bestelling dit hebben ze zeer goed opgelost.

Ik heb verkeerde kleur ogenschaduw opgestuurd gekregen. Ik heb hierover contact gezocht met het bedrijf. Maar krijg geen contact. Ik heb gebeld, gemaild en whatsapp bericht gestuurd. Inmiddels een mail gestuurd met als onderwerp “klacht”. Hoop dat ik nu eindelijk reactie krijg.

Dit product is de oplossing. Al 20 jaar had ik allergische reacties van reguliere make up in mijn gezicht. Met name op oogleden en rond de ogen. Gebruikte ik oogschaduw, twee dagen later had ik rode vlekken en een schrijnend gevoel. Maar omdat je ook wel eens mooi opgemaakt uit wilt, deed ik het toch en later moest ik dat bezuren. Toen ontdekte ik unity cosmetics en kocht allereerst de oogschaduw. en er gebeurde niets, geen uitslag en geen pijn. Later volgde natuurlijk veel meer aankopen: waaronder concealer. Geweldig, dit product is betaalbaar en zorgt voor rust én een mooi opgemaakt gezicht.
