Been with Univapez for a couple of years and never had any issues, Univapez has a live stock count on there website so shows you what there is in stock placing order, other sites said I stick, you order then tell you by call to pick different.

I was sceptical of ordering at first as some of the reviews put me off a bit, however UniVapez had the best deal on the vape pods we buy out of every website we looked at. They arrived super quick with Royal Mail 24hr tracked (which was free cos of our spend amount!) and unlike some reviews every item arrived perfectly, packaged safely and was exactly what we ordered. Really good value for money and will be using this business going forwards. They have a rewards scheme too!

I've been using univapez since my daughter recommended them. I'm disabled and order everything online as I'm unable to get out. Super fast delivery from an amazing team, always polite, friendly and knowledgeable when I've had questions regarding new devices etc

Haven't received my order and it's been over a week payed over £40 worth of stuff

Ordered £7 item. 11 days later no delivery, no tracking, and no response to messages. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately this one order has made me lose all trust in the company. My partner ordered a large amount of vapes, £50 to £60 worth. They sent it out but royal mail had lost the parcel. Not their fault I understand. But what is a problem is the lack of communication. They say they respond to all emails however they don't. They dont have any other way of communicating as I have also messaged them on Instagram and tiktok. My partner had sent an email out and it said that the situation would be resolved that same day, this was 2 weeks ago, he sent another one and he was ignored. I have tried to communicate to help with my partner situation but yet again I have experienced the same. I didn't want to write this review as I wanted to resolve this, however, their lack of communication has forced me to get their attention some other way. Majorly disappointed.

i have order a few times and every time the mess it up they said me the wrong items and refuse to respond to my email (if i were you i'd avoid buying from univapez!!!!!!)

Quick delivery and all items ordered arrived. Large variety of flavour for Tornado vapes, recommended.

UNIVAPES used them for months now fast reliable and fair. Just tried the maxgo combo 33000 sips.. And to be fair the idea is great, the item is easy to use, flavors aren't bad....BUT..33k it is not, absolutely no where near in fact, usually R and M tornado 15000 last me a week even 8 days on the dregs left.. These Maxgo 33k 1 empty 4 days, and the battery is dire too dunno who does the sip tests but there no where near as advertised. Sadly promise doesn't live upto the hype, will now have to Tornado order when I get a min.
