I got my Canada PR recently with the help of Universal Adviser.

"I REQUEST EVERYONE TO READ THIS COMPLETE REVIEW BEFORE YOU START THE PROCESS WITH UNIVERSAL ADVISER"

After I posted the review, Mr. Ankit from Universal Advisor contacted me and requested that I remove it under certain terms and conditions. However, upon reviewing those terms, I found that the agreement was completely one-sided, benefiting only their company and not the customer. It also included legal clauses that appeared to be a trap. Therefore, I declined their terms and conditions.

Thereafter, I asked questions regarding those clauses but no response even I have screenshot of that aggreement and chat I can attach but I don't want to drag it.

One of the "WORST" immigration consultant they are completely "FRAUD" i almost paid 2,00,000 for my process in the year of 2023 for my Canadian PR and after receiving complete payment no proper follow up and guidance. one of major and important point in their agreement is that this process is only valid for 1 years 6 months after this period clients are nothing to them and however they will complete this period by giving some bullshit reasons.

IELTS: No proper IELTS training and in 1 session they will add 20+ clients and they wont address our problems individual, so here IELTS training is waste.

Guyz make sure you're very good in English Language(Reading writing and Speaking), for example "YOUR SELF ENGLISH LANGUAGE RATING SHOULD BE 9/10" then only you can crack the IELTS, please don't depend on their training its completely waste. The funny part is the Universal Adviser knows that 95% of people are unable to crack the IELTS so only they will take complete processing fees before they start the process.

lets talk about PTE: Now people are scamming on PTE is easier then IELTS but it's similar to IELTS but exam modules are different that's it.

Eligibility criteria: They will make eligible for 95% of their client only to take processing fees and later other payments like IELTS Fees and WES Fees will be taken by us.

Refund: I lost 2,00,000 now its 2026 still i am in India and when i asked for refund they refused to pay me and they don't even understand the struggle of the client to arrange the amount stupid business minded people god will never do good to you.

Please don't waste money just by seeing positive comments coz now a days the positive comments are fake coz companies are taking comments from their own employees, known Persons and they are also paying for positive comments.

Extremely unprofessional and misleading experience!

My experience with Universal Adviser Immigration Services was extremely disappointing. The agent assigned to me, Sultan, was completely unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic knowledge about the process. He kept calling repeatedly before my visit and later insisted that I come to their office — only to waste my time with no clear answers or valid information.

Even after providing a list of questions in advance, neither he nor his manager Niharika could answer them during or after the meeting. For weeks, they ignored my messages and calls, made excuses about “holidays,” and shared irrelevant copy-pasted information from the internet instead of genuine answers.

The behavior was disrespectful, unresponsive, and misleading. When I questioned them firmly, Sultan’s tone turned rude and dismissive — even saying, “Go somewhere else if you want.” This level of arrogance and lack of professionalism clearly shows how unreliable they are.

After doing more research, I discovered many others had similar experiences — unprofessional conduct, fake promises, and selective communication. I’m genuinely thankful I realized this before paying or falling into a scam.
Not recommended at all. Please do your research thoroughly before trusting such agencies.

Absolutely terrible service.Until the time they receive the money they are literally behind you calling you everyday to join it and once the money is taken , they stop taking the calls and stop responding.I am requesting everyone to never go for this immigration company.It was an absolutely huge mistake.

I am utterly appalled and deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I received from Universal Advisor My experience with them regarding my application has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, their communication was shockingly poor. I frequently had to chase them for updates, and when I did manage to get through, the information provided was often vague and contradictory.
Their supposed "expertise" proved to be a complete farce. They demonstrated a blatant lack of knowledge regarding the required documentation and procedures, leading to significant delays and unnecessary stress. Important deadlines were missed, and I was given conflicting instructions that ultimately jeopardized my application.
The level of incompetence displayed by their staff was truly astounding. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed a complete disregard for my time and the urgency of my situation. Their promises of "dedicated support" were nothing more than empty words.
Furthermore, their exorbitant fees were in no way justified by the substandard service I received. I feel completely ripped off and betrayed by their blatant disregard for their clients.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Universal Advisor to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the financial burden. This company is a complete and utter disgrace, and I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Best decision of my life to choose Universal Adviser for my family Canada PR visa process. They took an year to deliver what they promised. My experience from counseling to final stamping on the passport is flawless. Everyone should visit their office once if you have any plans for migration because this place is full of knowledgeable, trustworthy and genuine people. What a fraud- Universal Adviser Immigration! They do nothing but cheating, all the ratings provided in the reviews are paid one pls don’t get fooled by the ratings.

Initially they will coordinate with you very promptly until the payment is made and they will assign you a fake case manager to engage you and their fake documentation process starts. They’ll say fake things like they are registered with ICCRC and have own Immigration Lawyer from Canada and convince you that they’re the coordinators for all countries (HR). Trust me people they will provide you every document to make you believe. Pls do not fall on this trap. Be aware and safe your hard earned money.

@universaladvser has severely mismanaged my case, with unfulfilled promises, delays, and incorrect IELTS advised. Unprofessional responses from Tarun, Leena, Sagar, and Monica have caused stress, wasted time, and financial loss of ~Rs 1,30,000. They denied resolution and refund

The CEO , Sagar, only says he will call back with resolution but never does !

Universal advisor are just fraud. They have good marketing team which give you fake promises and miss guide you. In starting they will tell you that your marks are good enough for visa. After submitting money they will not pick your phone. Their staff changes every month. Don’t go for universal advisor.

Please hardly request to everyone that don't apply your file from here .. Totally waste of money.

Starting my Australia PR journey with Universal Adviser consultancy was a great move. The person guiding me knew a lot, and their experience was the best I have seen. I did recommend them without a doubt.

Going to Universal Adviser for my Canada PR visa services was a decision that I am so glad that I made. Their exceptionally knowledgeable team in India provided unparalleled support throughout the process.

Completely fake advisory .Don't consider this.They just take your money and didn't provide you anything .It'a about 1.3 Months of my case but yet no output.Now arguing and denying for refunding my amount as well.
They give you 1 year hope have patience and all false commitments on regular bases and after that they will share you so called Ankit legal man of there if you ask for refund.He will reply you do what ever you want to do your money will not refund.

Fake company and Fake executives , Mr Tarun made me file applications twice saying me and my wife both can apply and our scores are too good and his personal gurantee that we will get the visa in 6 months. It's 2 years I feel they bluff ppl saying scores are good and apply. I lost lakhs , please be aware
