Universal will take a 750.00 core charge and then tell you that it will be credited to your visa or mastercard once the engine is returned to them

however once the engine is returned the core charge will be kept ...
if you call they will say that it is happening /they make promises about credits /nothing happens ...this experience has been going on over a month

The best used engine I have ever bought in my whole life after doing so many jobs on my clients cars. This time I was looking for a Dodge Challenger 2017 5.0l engine.
