Don’t buy flowers from universal flowers, for valentine’s day I bought a flower for my fiancé universal flower didn’t deliver the flowers. They have all kind of excuses left my fiancé with no flowers for valentine’s day. Please stay away from this company don’t wasting your time.

Huge disappointment with the florist and very bad experience with the customer service.
The bouquet delivered for a birthday surprise was nothing like the Bouquet Passion that I ordered on the website. The value and aesthetics were not at all in line with what was expected. The website is a lie because they can't deliver what they offer. They sell you exoticism and passion with proteas and Chamelaucium uncinatum 'Snowflake', but instead you get 4 red gerberas and 5 branches of eucalyptus. What a joke. Then, they offer at best a refund of 50% of the value of the bouquet minus the delivery service, which is a third of the total price. Lol. I certainly don't recommend Universal Flowers.

if I could give them 0 stars I would definetely do it, I made my order on a wednesday for them to deliver it on a saturday (I´m from México and my girlfriend is from Japan) they didn´t tell me anything about the state of my order, whether it was ready for delivery, if they were already there waiting for my girlfriend to receive them, I tried to contact them on the live chat of their web page and it took them hours to reply, it was not after sunday that they replied with "we´re sorry, the lady didn´t respond the calls, you´re order has been cancelled" but is up to date that I´ve asked them for my money back and they haven´t responded yet, do NOT order from this website

I orders a bunch of flower for a friend of mine’s birthday together a card in Denmark and they delivered it with no card!! I tried to contact them via phone but the only way is email to talk to them. After sending several emails to them finally they said they have delivered the card!!! Then I emailed them back again and I said I got all pictures and evidence that confirm no card was delivered then they asked me to give them my friend’s email to apologise to him!! My order cost me €68.00 Euros. The other point is the flowers nearly died three days after delivery while there were watered and fed too!! I will never order from this company and I recommend before you put your order think more

order 2311237802 : flowers for a friend in Australia :
the flowers arrived on November 29 2023 with such a bad quality , that our friend had to throw them away on Nov 30 .
We were transferred to the Universalflowers website from a French flowerdelivery website : Aquarelle.com , that has always provided good services ( fresh flowers , competent services etc ) .
What disappointment !
