We had Universal Pest & Termite out for a termite treatment at our home in Chesapeake, and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial inspection to the treatment itself, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly.

The technician explained where the activity was, what caused it, and exactly how they were going to treat and protect our home moving forward. They installed a termite baiting system and went over the warranty and monitoring, which gave us real peace of mind.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and willingness to answer every question without rushing. It’s clear they know the Chesapeake area well and understand the termite pressure we deal with here.

Great communication, fair pricing, and top-notch service. I’d definitely recommend Universal Pest & Termite to anyone in Chesapeake needing termite protection!
