I have trained with Unleash Your Potential right up to Master Practitioner level, and highly recommend. The lead trainer, Laura, is nothing short of amazing. She has such passion and dedication to ensuring that you don't just have the very best NLP learning, but also that your experience on the courses and in between is amazing. The depth of knowledge she shares with participants, and also the way she encourages and supports you to build your own knowledge and skill, is phenomenal. Whether you are looking for personal development and/or to go into coaching, then training in NLP with Laura is a great way to go.

I was recommended through a work colleague and it has been one of the most incredible experiences. I have learned so much about how the mind works, how we hold onto patterns without realising, and how to shift them powerfully. It’s given me tools I can use in my own life and in my business and I’m already seeing the difference.

After completing a coaching course with Laura, in May 2025, that took me so much further on my NLP journey, I booked for the Master Practitioner course, without realising just how much work (So, Time) was required to make the step up to this level. As the path was laid out for me, I saw this as an investment in myself, and for others I am yet to met.

I had gone from wanting to be better at what I already did already, to wanting to help others with the skills I was learning. The learning curve is steep, but the team are always on hand to support you, you feel they care about you and helping you, at every step of the process. I know and trust they helped me, help others.

Laura the lead trainer is amazing, she is there to to guide and support, open to our needs and ideas, once you know what you are looking for, you notice she turns up as the guide you need, not just a guide.

Laura is also clearly an inspirational person to many ex students who give up their time to come on the courses to support her, working with us (students) as we develop.

To me this sense of support, community, continuing CPD opportunities, meant this wasn't just a course but, if you want it, it's a whole support network as you start your own business or continue your journey of self improvement. 5 Stars doesn't feel enough Stars for the journey I have been on.

Having just completed my Master Practitioner course with Unleah Your Potential, I can honestly say that it's been some of the best personal development work I've ever done.
NLP is fascinating to learn about and even more incredible to experience - it will change your life if you let it.
Combine that with the top quality of training and support that Laura has demonstrated consistently over the months I've spent learning with her, and you have one of those rare things in the L&D world that can add value to everyone.

I went to Unlesh Your Potential for an NLP coacing course in May 2025. Laura their lead trainer was amazing, she helped me develop my skills well beyond other NLP coaching course I had done previously. What came through to me loud and clear was just how she cared about each individual in the room, we got what we needed to develop, when we needed it. Her approach was not one size fits all. She walked, walk and demonstrated NLP through her interaction with each of us, as well as taught us in a very approachable way. The standards of the course are high, this isnt an attendance course, Laura sets the bar high, but her whole team are there, very step of the way to support and guide you to be the best the best version of yourself.

I cannot rate Laura and UYP highly enough.

I have just completed the 3 courses up to Master Practitioner level having spread them out over 18 months. In that time, my personal and professional development has been massive. I am in awe how much this whole experience has positively impacted me.

Each course and the entire journey is expertly crafted and delivered by Laura using a combination of in person training, home study and memorable practical exercises to install the knowledge from both client and practitioner side. It contains all the modalities I was aware of and keen to learn as well as many more that have really expanded my horizons.

The 200 hours of live training is worth the investment alone.

The mountain of written material, scripts, processes, coaching tools, audio and video material is worth the investment alone.

Another full training completed with Laura and Unleash potential and I’ve been pushed hard all the way. I was tested in a way I haven’t with other courses both on the theory and practical application, and despite being a little weary after the final 8 days in person I and my practice partner have both had tremendous personal positive shifts.

If you want to trust your capabilities and be sure that when you leave you can immediately, apply the tools with clients, then Laura is the trainer for you. She is always behind to push and metaphorically hug you with support to ensure you live up to her company name and unleash your own potential.
