Unreliable Tools and Rude Support – A Waste of Money
I’ve been using their tools for over a year now. Right from the start, the uptime was terrible. I was on their standard package which includes around 30 tools, but aside from 2 or 3, most of them hardly worked when I needed them. I reached out to their support multiple times through Messenger and WhatsApp. What really shocked me was that after a few complaints about the tools not working, they actually blocked me on Messenger.
Still, I kept using their service because the few tools that did work were important for my job. Recently, out of nowhere, they banned my account even though I had an active subscription. When I asked why, they claimed I was accessing the site from multiple IP addresses. I explained that it’s a shared PC used by multiple people in my team who also access the site, but they responded rudely, saying I was “doing drama.”
I asked them to provide proof of multiple IP usage, and they had the nerve to say they don’t even have a system to detect that! Save your money and stay away from this unprofessional company — they’ll take your cash and give you bad service and rude behavior in return!
