Prompt and excellent services. Charges are reasonable compared with what you have out there. I will recommend you anytime.

Ordered for a note 5 on 1/19/18, time frame for delivery because it was an app unlock was 1-30 minutes. I waited 4 hours before emailing them, no response, then I sent a request through PayPal for a refund and then a message arrives finally stating I now have to wait two weeks because there is an issue. After this I check and the order is on hold not being processed or working or anything. Horrible people, even worse communication. I doubt most of those positive comments are real, they seem to just be screwing people with this fake service, promising things that don't happen, and stealing the money other spend claiming some fake excuse.

P.s their response is lies just like their service, I waited 24 hours and ten emails I never got any responses to, they only now start responding when they get reported for their fraud. Typical fake business practices.

Id definitely recommend this web site to anyone who wants to unlock their phones I unlocked my s8 plus locked on Sprint is working perfectly fast and if u have any issue or question they reply so fast and help u with all ur concerns

Worked like a charm.
Thanks

After searching all the stories online on how people got scammed, I took a chance on your company and you delivered. 100% Satisfied!!!

I was totally Skeptical and nervous, as well as sick of being ripped off by phone carriers that promise one thing to unlocking your phone after you bought it. Well with my Samsung 6 from SPRINT, I didnt want this again i came to this company bought the product and BAM worked perfectly all this time I waited two years to get it opened when I outright owned the phone. Well UNLOCKAUTHORITY rocks, they did it in a matter of no time... Thanks Unlock Authority, I will always refer you to others.............................

Was very skeptical at first but I had an amazing experience using this service, tech was descriptive and helpful in unlocking process as well. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to unlock a phone!

I believe this company is great! the person I was speaking to did this within one hour, and was very trustworthy! I was skeptical at first, but it was a great buy. Would recommend to a friend.

Phone not unlocked, poor communication, and no refund. Stay Away!

I don’t often review companies online but the experience was so good. I’m not techy and nearly didn’t bother with this but I put in my details and had codes by e-mail within four hours. They worked and I’ve unlocked a discarded company phone that has got so much more life in it!

I placed an order on 12/6/17 to unlock an AT&T iPhone 7 Plus with a 1-3 business day turn around. When 2 days came I emailed unlock authority to check the status and I was told I would have the unlock code before Sunday. Sunday came still no unlock code. I emailed again. Monday came finally got a reply that there is a delay with the supplier. Today has been 8 days, still without an unlock code and no refund. I emailed since yesterday and have yet to get a response.

Bad communication and service.
The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.

To honest at first I was skeptical, but then when I woke up and seen my unlock code and tried it and it worked I was sooooo HAPPPPY.. And it's alot cheaper than the places where I live which is 40$ and he's only avail on week days. Also customer service is awesome.. very quick to respond . I recommend this website to anyone who needs their phone unlocked

I was septical at first, but, as soon as I made the payment I downloaded TeamViewer and the technician was there within a couple minutes. I had my phone unlocked within roughly 30 minutes. It was an awesome experience and I'm totally satisfied with this company.

Seems scary to let someone connect to your PC but this service was great, VERY FAST (my phone was unlocked within 30 minutes of purchase) and on the level. Very happy and would use them again. I got a Samsung Galaxy S6 from Sprint unlocked to work with T-Mobile and it worked great. All i had to do was set up an APN on the phone that I copied from one of my T-Mobile phones. Got LTE and working great.

Wow that was fast and worked perfectly. I recommend you and will definitely use you again

Came to Africa, found out my phone is locked for local service. Found trustpilot. Amazing service. Within 2 days phone is unlocked.
10/10 Would Recommend.

Had a fantastic experience using Unlock Authority. Customer service is unmatched, quick and awesome replies. Even messed my phone up after the process trying to do something on my own, came back on and helped me all the way through. Would use this service again any day! Thank you so much Unlock Authority!!
