However, after reviewing your case, we’d like to clarify that the transaction that you mentioned took place outside of the Unlockd platform, which is not covered under our Terms of Use and is outside our scope of responsibility.

While we have taken appropriate internal action against the account you mentioned, arabgay98, we would like to emphasize the importance of conducting all transactions only through our official platform. Any interactions or transactions outside of it, such as those on third-party messaging apps like Telegram, are not protected and expose users to risks.

We strongly advise all users to avoid making any such transactions outside the platform to ensure their safety and avoid potential fraud.

We are unaware of your issues and you have not responded to our requests for more details.

We currently support many thousands of creators who are paid regularly, fast and with no issues so we will consider your case bogus until you provide us with more details.

Our support will always answer you and attempt to resolve any issue that is raised ASAP.

Therefore, if you please provide your Unlockd username here or contact our live chat customer support we will certainly address and resolve your issue.

We can see that you are unhappy and we would like to help. However, please also note that we have been in business for more than 4 years now and are growing with overall very happy customers and creators so we are clearly not a scam site and always do our best to resolve legitimate issues.

We will certainly help to resolve your issue if it is reported correctly and is legitimate. Please cooperate to resolve your issue rather than posting baseless TrustPilot reviews.

If you ever have issues with buffering please contact our support and we will check the issue. Please be aware that the buffering may also be a result of connection problems with the device you are using. However, we would be very happy tp troubleshoot any issues you are experiencing with you.

You have been made aware many times why your account was placed in a risk higher tier which you acknowledged that this was acceptable. You were placed on this tier due to the content and high level of chargebacks on your account. We have continued to support you as a creator, which no other platform would.

Some charges are indeed higher for certain content creators and certain content, but it is always up to the customer if they want to pay those charges before making a purchase.
