I already paid for the unlock service.
Why am I asked to pay an additional 75 USD?
Please explain the exact service and confirm the final total price.
If the unlock cannot be completed with the initial payment, I request a refund.

I paid the $28 for the "Unlock". So why did you do the "IMEI Check" and "Carrier Check" that I Did Not Request?! It's my phone! I know the IMEI And Carrier! How are you now telling me that it's $103 to unlock my phone? What's with that Very Overtly Misleading "$28 to Unlock Now" bullsht? And Why The fk are you charging me $28 for something that directly says $9 for each service? ($18 total)
I used your service multiple times in the past and NEVER had this crap happen. What are you people doing?

Seem to have been scammed. Site quoted €23 to unlock an iPhone, with a delivery time between 1-3 days. No email confirming my purchase ever came through. When I look up my order status it shows that it's waiting in a 'final payment' of €69 and my initial payment now shows as a 'pre-order'. Very underhand and shady.. This was never shown prior to purchase. They don't answer their phone or reply to emails. Avoid using this scammer site. I'm working with my bank to try to reclaim this stolen money

unintentionally bought this service, I have emailed them within 5 minutes to reverse my transaction... will update here if it works

UPDATE 15-01-2025:
Today is the next day. There is no response from my email and neither their support number (provided on the website) is picking up the call. Today I received another email from them asking me more money to unlock the phone (which I never wanted to begin with).

I was quoted 72 hours for SIM to be unlocked. They now tell me it could be a month and refuse to refund me. I was charged twice because my carrier was 'difficult.' They blame all delays on the pandemic. That was 5 years ago. The pandemic should not be holding up getting my SIM unlocked.

Be careful, used this service, after initial payment they want more money then nothing happens. I got my money back via credit card company.
