The support is great any time there is an issue and they are always there to help. Federico is very reliable and a great person to work alongside. The account top up speed although some issues in the past have improved a lot in the past few weeks

I rented an ad account from Unparalleled Agency and honestly had a really great experience. We worked together for almost 1 year together.

First of all, they’re actually affordable. Everything was straightforward and smooth.

What I liked the most was their support. Whenever I had an issue or question, they literally jumped on a VC call and solved it right away. No long waiting, no confusing back-and-forth messages.

Overall, super easy to work with, budget-friendly, and very responsive. Would definitely rent from them again.

They issue no invoices for the service they provide. I've been chatting with support since over a month, they won't send me any invoice. Absolutely trash, do not recommend stay away.

Two weeks ago they took access of one of my ad accounts because it was created with the wrong currency and still waiting to get it it back.
They said they will give us another account with the right currency. It's been two weeks now and nothing happend.
I booked a call with them but they didn't show up, they didn't even bother to send any email or communicate.
Now I'm contacting their support to get the account but they are not replying....
Worst customer service ever they give you plenty of promises on their landing page, and when they take the payment they go ghost.
This is has been the process just to get an ad account, imagine if we encounter any problems in the future.
This has been the case for a whole month now, read my previous review nothing changed.
