We're genuinely sorry to read your review and disappointed that you felt the need to share such feedback, especially given the extensive communication we provided throughout the process.

To clarify the timeline:
You placed your order on 20.04.2025, and on the same day, you received both your order confirmation and a link to complete your medical questionnaire. We then sent 7 follow-up emails and 3 text message reminders to prompt you to complete this essential step, which is required, by law, before we can dispense any treatment.

You emailed us late on Saturday 26.04.2025 at 23:55, and we responded the next morning on Sunday 27.04.2025 at 11:09, once again advising you to complete the medical questionnaire form. You emailed again on 30.04.2025, and we responded within 5 minutes, reiterating the same guidance.

We truly feel we went above and beyond to support you and help move things forward, but unfortunately, this wasn't reflected in your experience.

Your account has now been closed, order cancelled and refund issued. We sincerely wish you the best on your journey to achieving thicker, fuller hair.

According to our records, your cancellation email was received on Saturday, 12th April 2025. Our customer service team actioned your request first thing on the next working day - Monday, 14th April at 08:30 - and your account was successfully closed.

Please note that this review was left prior to you reaching out to us directly, and we would always encourage customers to contact us first so we can help resolve any issues promptly.
