I paid for next day delivery but it was not delivered next day and was not able to take it on holiday with me.

We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with your order. I can see you ordered in the evening of the 27th September and your order was sent at the next possible despatch time the very next day on a next day service as requested.
Unfortunately it looks like the Royal Mail had a delay on the 29th and it was subsequently delivered one day late on the 30th.
We do apologise on behalf of the Royal Mail that this delay meant you could not take it on holiday with you.
Please note we do offer a return process so if the items are no longer required, we can take them back for refund.

Bad customer service
They sent to the wrong address without picking my email . And even when I changed the delivery to safe place. They claimed the parcel is going back to them and then when I asked about it . They sent a picture of sending to the initial wrong address and no refund on top of that

The products I buy from the company are excellent and it is lovely in these times to get them a little bit cheaper. It is also nice to receive samples to try new products. It is easy to order and the delivery is very quick. Thank you.

I like this company
I like this company, always have my products in stock and good prices. Everything arrives quickly, and I am pleased to say they do not use Evri for delivery.

Won't Use Again
It's now 10 days since they dispatched my order. I haven't received anything. It was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days. When I contacted UOrganics for an explanation, they just said they're investigating and will refund me ONLY IF Royal Mail confirms the item has been lost in transit.

We're sorry for the confusion here. It is not the case that we only refund IF Royal Mail confirm it's lost. It's the case that the parcel will either be delivered or declared lost. Therefore, you either get your order or we refund you. You would never be in a situation where you've got no products and no refund.
I can see in this case, Royal Mail declared it lost so we refunded your order. Then the parcel was subsequently delivered on the 15th September. You can of course keep that with our compliments :-)
We apologise for the inconvenience of the parcel being delayed by Royal Mail, but hope the solution of a full refund and the products being delivered is acceptable.

Sadly I have had a very poor experience…
Sadly I have had a very poor experience with this company.
My address is linked to my credit card automatically, so why, I ask, would I enter an unknown address 212 miles from my home as the company suggest I have done.
They will not help me with this situation.
Someone else has my order. The company have my money, I have lost my money and have no product.
Obviously will not order again from this company.
I ordered in good faith and am so very disappointed.

We're very sorry for the issues you have had on your order.
When an order is placed, our website will display an order confirmation page showing the addresses you have entered (billing and shipping). An order confirmation email is also sent to you, again confirming the addresses that have been entered. It is strongly recommended to check these to ensure everything is correct. If there are any errors, you can contact us before it is shipped and we can change it.
I can see the order confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of order, and it has the address that the parcel was shipped to.
We do not change any addresses unless explicitly instructed to by the customer. As such, your order was shipped to the address that was entered at the time of order.
While we understand there was an error in this address, this was not in our control. We can only act on the information that is on your order when it arrives in our system.
We did offer an additional discount on a replacement as a goodwill gesture which is still available should you wish to go ahead. Of course we can make sure the delivery address is the correct one next time.
