Item was not delivered

Item was not delivered, they refused to talk to me either by phone or emails. THIS IS A SCAM SITE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Adam Sadka is a con man do not trust him with your money!!

AS for the reply from Adam, I am afraid I dont beleive what he says in the last paragraph. If the item was delivered by Amazon as stated on the tracking app, there would be a signature or a photograph of the delivery point, yet Adam says the item could not be found.

BECAUSE IT WAS NOT SENT

BEWARE SCAM ARTISTS LIKE THIS
PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL!

The refund has yet to hit my bank account yet it apparently was paid 2 days ago!!!

If you are happy to let your items be shipped by a company that does not get a proof of delivery of any kind, you are asking for trouble!!

When I called Adam’s number , which is advertised on the website, to ask where my delivery was, there was no pick up but a text message asking who I was, then another stating he would not answer calls from a number he did not know and then a final message saying if I didn’t stop ringing him he would block me. This was after I messaged him to explain who I was and why I was ringing!!

Customer Service Haha non existent.

And still waiting for the refund to arrive!!

I would firstly like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Upon checking our records, all messages from yourself were replied to. All contact is currently made via email only. The most recent message you sent was pending a response for 5 days due to us waiting for an update from the courier (Amazon logistics) after a lost item investigation was opened.

Although your order was confirmed delivered by the courier on 19th February at 16:54 (amazon logistics, tracking:QB0452572243 ) a full refund was issued on the 3rd March after the item could not be located.

Edit: Please note that Amazon logistics via MCF do not initially require a signature/photo upon delivery.

Your claim that we are scammers is ridiculous as you have been issued a full refund. We have been selling our products on many marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay etc and you do not need to purchase from our site directly if you wish.

Our company is registered in the UK at companies house with a valid VAT no. and multiple trademarks/patent designs registered under our name. All this is on the public record. There is no need to spread false information.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. The first one I bought wouldn't ever show a full charge. They sent me a replacement which charged fully once. Now it won't charge at all, after being on charge for a full day it will run for a couple of seconds. I would recommend that you buy from a reputable manufacturer that give more them their inadequate 90 day warranty.

You claim to have refunded my money but as far as I can see, you haven't. When do you say that you did this?

I have still not received a refund, don't write things that are patently untrue.

Contactless

I have received my upboost but not used as yet, I have been trying to contact upboost but no answers the email address is not correct and returns my emails as not found, it's rather annoying,

Impressive

Received this yesterday purchased via Amazon, the unit appears well made, feels very solid, innovative design, beautifully packaged, clear instructions, and the icing on the cake it’s made in the UK, fantastic job guys. They have a good website as well.

No response from upboost support

After the first use which was perfect I then had issues. I contacted the upboost support and have no response whatsoever, so not happy at all.
