We want to clarify that you’ve contacted UpCentral.io, a cloud-based phone service provider for businesses. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

It seems you may be trying to reach UPCENTRALSTORE.COM, which is a completely separate entity and not affiliated with us in any way. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, they continue to use a similar name, causing ongoing confusion. We hold a registered trademark for UpCentral and have already issued a cease and desist.

We want to clarify that you’ve left a review for the wrong company.

We are UpCentral.io, a cloud-based phone service provider for businesses. We do not sell or ship any physical products. It looks like you’re referring to UpCentralStore.com, which is not affiliated with us in any way.

They’ve caused ongoing confusion by using a similar name, and despite us sending them a cease and desist (we hold a registered trademark for “UpCentral”), they continue to operate under that misleading branding.

You can find the correct business and their reviews by searching “UpCentralStore” on Trustpilot.

Please update your review to reflect the correct company. Again, we are UpCentral.io, and if you're actually looking for a cloud-based phone system, we’re happy to help.
