I had an issue with how we listed our listing on the site, requested help from the bot and the responses were always prompt.
Cleo was the star of the show though, she once again promptly assisted, when I did not understand or come right with the written explanation I asked for a call and it was granted in record timing - she explained it step by step so that I could relay it to our internal Uplisting champion and after made true to her promise in sharing the video and notes of the call to assist - thank you!

Horrible customer service. That's enough to give a one star review. We were already exploring other options. Now, they have now been down for 3 days in a row. That means our business is offline too. I contacted support explaining this and of course they didn't read it. Just sent a cookie cutter response that they're doing scheduled maintenance for 1 hour. It's been 3 days!! Worst company I have ever encountered!

If I could give Uplisting zero stars, I would. I dropped $1100 on the basis it would take me a few hours to set up. Two days later I still had 9 hoursâ worth of To Dos. I LOST ALL MY BUSINESS ON AIRBNB which was my main source of income. The customer service that did exist has vanished into the ether since AirDNA purchased it. I have had no reply to my issue in two weeks! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I did swap to another PMS for a trial and hated it, Uplisting defintiely has my vote, all the way.

The comments/reviews on here listing poor/slow customer support and double bookings are accurate. You can't reach them except by chat and email. If the agent does not close the chat you can't reach out by chat until it's closed. They double booked me and I'm trying to unwind that right now but I can't reach anyone. Been waiting 6 hours. This is crap. I'm looking for a new service as I write this.
Disappointed
I recently switched to Uplisting as my Property Management System and had a terrible experience. Despite paying £600, the system lacks essential features, such as proper financial reporting. Adjusting prices is cumbersome, requiring manual discounts rather than automatic overrides. Additionally, thereâs no clear way to track booking sources; manually added bookings from corporate OTAs are simply listed as Uplisting, making it difficult to manage OTA tracking. The interface is not user-friendly, and it doesnât integrate with Agoda. The only redeeming feature is their check-in/check-out process. When I reached out to unsubscribe, I received nothing but unprofessional responses from the support team and head of sales, and they never followed up. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would advise against using this PMS.
