Their customer service is exceptional! If I could rate it higher I would. Too bad there's no extra credit. I've been a customer at this web hosting site for the last couple of years and before working with them, I never thought too much about companies like this. I've moved all of my domains over to them. After many years of dealing with large companies like GoDaddy, I can tell you, the difference is immense. Any questions, I get simple answers from HUMANS. The price difference is also staggering. Larger companies try to upsell you for "security" features that you don't even need. And... all the upselling of the other guys is exhausting. Love, love, love this company.

I first realized something was wrong when I opened my website and found it completely blank. I emailed Brad, and he responded almost immediately. After checking things out, he discovered the site had been hacked, explained exactly what had happened, and then got to work fixing it. Before long, my website was back online.

What really stood out was how responsive he was throughout the whole process. Every email I sent was answered quickly, and he kept me updated every step of the way. He also took the time to explain what we could do to better secure the site and help prevent something like this from happening again.

When your website suddenly disappears, it's easy to panic. Brad turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth, straightforward experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.

I chose this company six years ago when I first started my business at the recommendation of a friend and I have never looked back. Their customer service is everything it should be and more. I messaged them early this morning in utter panic because my Microsoft Exchange wasn't sending or receiving emails. Now keep in mind that this is not Upper Level's responsibility, but noting my panic with an important workflow at risk, Brad picked up the phone (and called me even though he was not in his office). He set up a Zoom session and walked me through fixing the issue I was having. That is stellar service.

This company is an example of how businesses should be run. They are professional, courteous and quick in resolving any issuers you may have. So happy with this company. Thank you Brad for your excellent service.

I have had UpperLevel hosting my website the entire 4 years I've been a VoiceOver artist. In that time there has never been a time when my website hasn't performed up to my expectations. In fact the only time I have ever had to call for tech support is when I was having a problem with something OUTSIDE of their responsibility. I couldn't get help from the relevant party, so I called NewLevel for help. Much to my surprise, I didn't get a phone tree, I didn't get someone who couldn't speak English, what I got was Brad himself! He is the one who answered the phone! He stepped up and pointed me in the right direction and I was able to get my problem resolved. As long as UpperLevel is in business, they will have me as a customer.

Brad and his team @ Upper Level are experts in all things IT and customer service. They've hosted my website for 5yrs and I've never had one issue! And, if I have a random question about email or other tech issues, Brad typically responds in a few hours. My business wouldn't work without Upper Level!

First of all, the product is excellent and extremely reliable. Support has been stellar - far above what I would ordinarily expect - I cannot say enough!
