I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Upright Fencing Hawaii LLC.
I spent days playing phone tag, repeatedly calling and leaving messages. After finally receiving a call back, I was assured that someone would come to my home on Monday. Based on that commitment, I cleared my schedule and waited.
Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I received no call to explain what happened.
When I called back, I was told that Aries would call me. That call never came. After waiting and receiving no response, I called again and left a message explaining my frustration and stating that I would be leaving a one-star review based on my experience.
What happened next was even more disappointing.
I later received a call from an estimator at Upright Fencing who told me that Aries did not want to call me personally and had asked the estimator to call me instead. I was then told that since I had left a one-star review, "we will leave it at that."
So, rather than attempting to resolve the situation, apologize for the missed appointment, or address the poor communication, it appears the company simply decided not to pursue my business because I left an honest review about my experience.
My concern is not simply that an appointment was missed. Things happen. The real problem is the lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service. If you commit to coming to a customer's home on a specific day, you should either show up or contact the customer if plans change.
I cleared my schedule and wasted my time waiting for someone who never arrived. Then, after being told that Aries would call me back, that promise was also not honored.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Upright Fencing Hawaii LLC.
