UPS has never delivered anything to me…
UPS has never delivered anything to me on time or without some delay. Right up until 9 pm on the scheduled day, it'll say "arriving today", and then get rescheduled to the next day, and then arrive days later. If I were this bad at my job, I'd have been fired a long time ago.
Driver went above and beyond to deliver the package
i have originally sent an overnight package to a Consulate by FedEx because of a thigh deadline, and they misplaced it somewhere in Winipeg and was not moving for 5 days. So, this 2nd package had to arrive by Friday. The driver in Toronto went to the Consulate on Thursday, and the consulate was closed. I did not know that and ask for 2nd delivery to be attempted on the same day, what he did, but could not deliver.
On Friday he tried a delivery at 9:00AM but still could not delivery and said he will try again (4th time) on Monday, but that would be too late. So, I asked that he try the final delivery again on the same day, and he did, and was able to deliver.
Driver went way, way above and beyond and got the package delivered on time.
Worst delivery service
Their staff that answer the phone are incompetent giving false information of when a package will be delivered, supervisors in charge (Jayden) are just as incompetent as their staff stating one thing and not getting it done, I ordered a package on a Thursday and kept getting told that my package would come the next day or that it didn’t make it on to the delivery truck, I had to miss 3 days of work waiting for the package because their staff guaranteed that it would arrive; no one was taking responsibility and they were all pointing the finger at someone else.

Said out for delivery 3 days in a row and then each time says “severe weather or emergency situation” I called each day and was told every time “we can assure you your package will arrive tomorrow” tomorrow comes NO package, going on day 4 and guess what nothing again. Called again - oh we promise it will be there tonight before 9 - and again severe weather alert. We do not have severe weather!! So frustrated! And now they don’t deliver on weekends so, again no package! Horrible service! Will never use UPS again!

I would give this no stars if it was possible. I paid for expediting shipping. It has been delayed day after day with no explanation and no one to contact. I don’t want to use your dumb automated system that gets me nowhere I want to talk to a person and be told whether or not my package was lost and if it wasn’t why the delay.
Never opt their services
This is the third time I have dealt with this exact issue, and it is completely unacceptable. This is easily the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered; the drivers are incredibly lazy and clearly have no interest in doing their jobs. It is baffling that they are getting paid to be dishonest. They didn't even attempt to come to the door, yet they had the audacity to claim a failed delivery attempt. I have been home waiting every single time, and not once did anyone knock or ring the bell. They are simply lying to avoid making the drop-off, forcing me to deal with the fallout of their negligence repeatedly.

I was emailed and told I would need to sign for my package so I rescheduled the drop off and had to pay almost 10 dollars to do so and booked a day off from work only for the ups driver to just leave my package in my driveway took a photo and left they did not knock on my door and clearly didn't get or need my signature i am very disappointed the driver also left my package up again my driveway and not on my porch I had to have someone else come by and bring it up to the door as I have a bad wrist and couldn't carry it
Disappointed with UPS…
I am extremely disappointed with UPS service. My package arrived in Canada on March 10, and I paid the required customs fees immediately. Despite this, I still have not received my parcel. I have contacted the customer service center more than 15 times, and every time I call, I receive different information. No one seems to know where my package is or when it will be delivered. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering how much money I paid for shipping and customs. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is shocking for a company of this size. Waiting this long after paying all charges is frustrating and stressful. I trusted UPS with an important shipment, but the experience has been nothing but disappointing. I would not recommend UPS to anyone based on my experience. Please locate my package and deliver it immediately.

Lost (stole) a whole drum kit. Absolute thieving clowns. Didn't think I'd find a courier worse then Canada Post but they've managed it. Took zero responsibility, just kept repeating "talk to the seller". Idiots.
Just terrible!!!!
In my opinion this is worst delivery service!!!!What a travesty! I received a notice that my package would be delivered between 1 and 5. I was at work until 1. The driver must have decided it would be more convenient to deliver at 11:30. Of course, the package was sent back to the pickup point. Then I went to the pickup point to pick up the package, and it wasn't there! The courier had been driving around with it all evening! Is it really that hard to deliver packages on time?????
Delivery problems…
Well I have come to the conclusion that if you are expecting something from this JOKE of a company plan on it being delivered 2 or 3 days later. Even better wait for the notification that it is at a UPS depot for pickup. They are a p**s poor company and I dread when I am getting a delivery from them. Retailers should not use them as eventually people will go elsewhere for their goods
UPS is the WORST courier service
I’ve consistently had issues with packages not being delivered by UPS. I was expecting a new emergency Visa within 3 business days because I’m currently disabled and needed to place delivery orders. It’s been 8 business days so I called my institution and UPS claims they made an attempted delivery on a day that I know I was home the entire day. UPS has become the WORST courier service
Very angry
Had an order coming through ups. Apparently it’s too heavy and had to be shipped two different dates. Wait around all day . They delivered to my neighbours upstairs. Now this wouldn’t be an issue if my upstairs neighbours door wasn’t up a small embankment and a it’s a journey for a senior with a cast on my arm. I called ups told them the problem. Ignored , said someone would get back to me. A very rude woman called and said well, we have nobody to come back tonight and my call was ignored completely. Got my second package today. Yet again delivered upstairs. I’m no weakling but my health issues prevent me from lifting and anything heavy. Now I have nobody to get my package cause ups refuses to help. This is insane the way customers are treated. So if it gets stolen I’m out almost $300 dollars . The company I bought from said it was delivered to the right address. Unfortunately there is no humans to talk to anymore with customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not use UPS to ship anything. It’s likely it won’t be anywhere near on time and you won’t get any real customer service other than a generic reply. UPS stinks. Sorry wish it was a good review,
Worst company ever
Worst company ever! Their online billing is so hard to us it locked me out. Over inflated brokerage fees. Was supposed to be 35 dollars and ended up[ being 110 dollars. Then it is impossible to pay thething for they first have to invoice you even though the invoice is on the box! Complete bullshit company!!!
The worst experience
The worst experience. Use FedEx or another carrier instead. My package wasn’t delivered in time for an event, and I only received a notification three days after the scheduled delivery date saying it had been “refused.” However, both the hotel staff and the FedEx business located inside the hotel confirmed they never received—let alone refused—my package.
After spending 25 minutes being transferred between different UPS departments, no one could provide a solution. I was simply told to file a claim online or by phone. Who realistically has time to deal with that after the fact?
UPS, please get your operations together.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Tried to pay a bill and got the runaround. Supervisor even hung up on me. Worst ever customer service UPS stands for under performance standards. Choose another shipper.
Worst Choice Ever
I have rarely, if ever, had a positive experience whenever a vendor utilizes UPS as a freight forwarder. There have been at least 20 experiences, and none have had an easy or happy outcome.
The latest shipment was out of the US and coming to Canada. The vendor showed shipped and sent a UPS tracking number, it did not reflect as being picked up for 6 days.
Once it was picked up it made good time in getting to the warehouse in Calgary. That is when it came to a grinding halt. My company's broker cleared the item over a week ago. The UPS website was not reflecting any changes, nor was the package delivered.
Multiple calls to UPS resulted in a terrible customer experience that hopefully one day humor might be found. Including a 95-minute hold only to be hung up on. Incorrect information, transfers to other people when UPS employees grew tired of "helping"! And a super frustrating phone bot that goes all out in trying to stonewall you.
It's only been a month without a critical piece of equipment. Perhaps one day soon I will be shocked when they deliver my items.
