Was a little annoyed when I had a delivery of a duff seat. This was no fault of upshift themselves but they did a great job of getting me a replacement despite all what's going on in the world today.

From ordering my wheel they have always given me a great experience while shopping with them. With an issue on DPDs side they reacted and dealt with the issue promptly and sorted my order out within a day. They communicated with me throughout the process including afterwards to make sure I was happy with my product. I cannot fault Upshift in any way they have gained a customer for life from me now knowing they give such great customer service.

Excellent service and communication through the order process from upshift

I was very pleased, I ordered one day and the seat arrived the next, great service.

Great customer service. Followed up a minor fault and wanted to replace the unit even though I wasn’t pressing for that outcome. Very refreshing.

I wanted to buy a Sim-Labs P1-X chassis and accessories from Upshift. Jonathan was immediately upfront about the fact that, due to Covid, aluminium profile cockpits from Sim-Labs & Trak Racer were unavailable and that re-supply dates were still uncertain. Rather than take my money immediately on the basis of a vague promise to fulfil the order at some (unspecified) future date he offered to contact me again once he had clarity about the availability of new stock.
What happened next surprised me (in a very good way!). A few days later Jonathan did contact me to advise that Sim-Labs themselves had just re-opened their order window and that my best bet was to order direct from them which I did immediately and my new rig is due to arrive in a few weeks time.
Just a couple of days later Sim-Labs stopped taking new orders so I am very grateful to Jonathan for his timely recommendation.
In the same situation I suspect that most companies would have taken my order (and my money) and then just stalled for time. Upshift, however, knowing that they weren't able to supply, did the honest/honourable thing and acted in the best interests of the customer by passing the order over to the manufacturer. 5 STARS!
When I need more sim racing gear in the future I won't hesitate to contact Upshift again.

Hard to get hold of in Covid times but this is understandable. I had issues with my rig order caused by the supplier (not upshifts fault) once I managed to get into contact they helped loads with advice and actually changed my mind on the rig I had ordered as it was not good for my DD wheel. Great feed back from them! Only reason this is not 5 stars is due to the long wait time on replies initially.

Finding a seat to fit my athletic body and height is tough in these times but upshift sorted me out and the seat arrived very packed and fitted perfectly. First-ever sim seat that fits my shoulders and does not give me leg cramp.

I will return for sure.

I purchased the RSEAT N1 from Jonathan after taking advice on the options - as I had no idea really what to buy for my 23 year old son.

Unfortunately I purchased it just as covid shutdown hit in full force, and like all business I expect Jonathan suffered from extremely high demand, lack of comms from suppliers due to shut down.

Plus my 23 year old lad drove me mad by asking literally every day when it was going to arrive ! :)

I did email Jonathan a few times over the course of my wait, and of course in these difficult times emails were delayed or not answered as quickly as you would normally expect, however he did reply and gave me the choice to continue or ask for my money back at any time. Eventually as time wore on he even emailed the production team directly and cc’d me in which I thought was a nice touch.

I am glad I waited. The RSEAT is a amazing piece of kit.

The advice from Upshiftstore was excellent.

And we will be purchasing additional items as time goes on.

Fast response to all emails and updates on delivery times much appreciated.

Honestly 7 weeks waiting and still nothing to show apart from a few email saying I will check the order then blaming suppliers I understand things will be slow but 7 weeks with little/ no. Feed back the service is rubbish U put me off sim Racing before I even started

And thanks for trying to report me all I’m doing is telling the truth ur misleading customers and taking money from them with little or no response I had to email u for a response multiple times to check how my order was going and no i got my money back from the bank thank u very much

I ordered A sim lab rig some weeks back, there are obviously genuine issues with simlab and other suppliers in the industry at the moment. I really cannot fault Jonny he has answered numerous emails and even called me out here In kenya to take me through my options. We eventually decided to refund me..... Obviously gutted but Jonny has been really helpfull and cool to talk too...I wish him the best and hope these suppliers get their act together!!! I have to rate the service as 5 stars due to his transparency and communication.
Even tho I did not get what I wanted. Hey ho.....strange times

I ordered a sim rig on 16th May. The lead time for shipping was 4 weeks at the time. 24 days later I received an email from Upshift to say that they had cancelled the order, citing long delays from the supplier. There had been no contact from Upshift after the initial order or prior to the cancellation.
On a positive note, they have refunded payment.
I understand that all businesses are under strain at the moment, but I do think the customer service could be improved. I'd advise taking the lead times on the website with a pinch of salt.

Nothing but good things to say about upshift order was a little late coming but that was expected .
They kept me well informed about what was happening and even arranged a better seat because the one I ordered was out of stock

As a complete novice to the world of Sim rigs, I have to thank Jonathan so much, for all of the time, wisdom and service that he provided to me and my purchasing needs.
From the very beginning, before I had even purchased a thing from him, he was happy to give me quite a lengthy phone calls worth of advise, about what I shall require and his recommendations, in order for me to achieve my gaming goal, even on items i needed, that he did not sell!
I felt no salesman pressure from him or that my ignorant questions were a burden to him in any way (which I have to say is very rare these days).
I then placed my order with him to be blown away even further, by the very favourable pricing, fantastic communication updates that Jonathan personally provided at every step, the speedy delivery service (exactly as advised 3 weeks for my order and I'm not very good at waiting for things, esp with the immenent lock down luming at the time), end even the genuine aftercare email, ensuring that I was happy with my delivery.
Overall an exceptional service that i would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend to others, service just doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Jonathan, keep up the great work.

Picked up Sim-labs GT1 Evo through upshiftstore, spoke to Jonathan & Charile, super helpful people that work there & even went as far extra step finding out what seat would best fit for my figure & appplication & had no problem adding extra's to my existing order.
Did take awhile, about 7 weeks give or take but this is through no fault of upshiftstore and more with that sim-labs being under heavy demand espically during the current times we're all facing at the moment. 10/10 Recommend & Will & would be happy to shop from them again in the future

One of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, Jonny helped me choose which kit was best for my needs and kept me up to date with my order from start to finish, being a sim racer himself he knows his stuff. Would strongly recommend anyone looking to get into sim racing or even looking to upgrade your current rig Jonny is your man. 👍
