Nice App with different sections like Neural Music,Brain boosters,Activities and many more.My child likes the Music and boosters a lot. App also have a support section which supports,helps and replies to all our queries. Thank you UPTODD.

Joining UpTodd really makes parenting easier,my baby enjoys all the activities and memory boosters ..he suddenly stops crying when we play music to him customisation is an added advantage n timely suggestion helps improving skill set .. thank u UpTodd I would definitely suggest to go for it.

Such an amazing platform and indeed simulating one for the little one. My son never gets bored of it.

I found team to be pretty decent, with high quality professionals coming from IIT, AIIMS, MIT & other background. My expert Miss Ritika was wonderful in 1-1 session, she understood my concerns well. Currently App is working good for my baby, kit is nice enough that I don't require to get anything from outside and good that its customised for my child. Toys in kit are like which ariro sells one toy in 4K those kind of toys in kit makes it look like a good investment for me.

At overall level I am happy, only thing I want in improvement - if somehow baby achievement certificate coming on whatsapp can come over app itself, then its easy to manage, its mentioned that from next month this will come in app itself, So I am looking forward to it.

Fraud Company, Stay Away. Over Promise Pre purchase and same employees disappear post sale.

1. The plan is poorly designed, they use names of Stanford, MIT, IIT, AIIMS and what not just to get customers. Whole thing has people with extremely bad hindi accent, poor tone.
2. All Physical material is made by contract manufacturer in Jalander. Quality is poor. For ex: even I could not tell diff between a picture of tree - is it coconut tree, palm tree (apparently it was banana tree). You don’t want to show such bad flash cards to your kids. Will confuse them more then educate them. Same for all fruits etc etc.
3. The people who sell you the program disappear post sale.
4. Uptodd continuously starts bombarding you to refer the program for getting a 50%+ amount on referring. Essentially, they are giving all people selling a commission of 50% of paid fee+. Make a guess its bait and switch.
5. They have a 14 day cancellation policy but wont let you cancel. They deliver the program post 12-13 day of purchase. For ex they sent me a screenshot of a whats app message (sent from some marketing platform Aisensy) which was never delivered as a proof of product delivery. No email no other communication, un delivered whats app message is proof of program purchase to deny refund.
6. Finally, the worst any video/image you share will and can be used by them for marketing purposes. They ask for children video’s to process refund or for anything in program and use that for marketing. Also, they are paying people and getting their own people to write a lot of 5 star reviews
7. I would have attached a lot of screenshots but these places don’t let you do that.
My advice Stay Away!!!

I am very happy with design of this program for child development. Totally worth to enroll and receiving support in all aspects for new moms.

"UpTodd's" Perrsonalised approach has truly made a difference in our child's early development. The attention to details activity is impressive, fostering not just cognitive growth but emotional and Social skills as well. Highly recommend to any parents looking to give their child a head Start!

I loved the personalisation part and the activities provided are so interesting and it has enhanced the bonding with my baby.Also i am able to notice the changes gradually in my baby.

Good to enroll the baby in this program, my pediatrician referred me and now I can see the changes. He can walk at 10 months strength is good, thanks upotdd in this journey.!!

I liked the personalisation aspect in the program where everything kept on getting added in program as per baby's developmental needs from to time basis for the baby. I loved the option of sage where I am getting reply within 15-16 minutes, kit is also good and works really well for me and the baby. I see my child accelerating by luminary pathway, its exciting for me

Worst app, nothing is so exciting to waste money all the daily activities which they will tell we as parents usually do already much more than what they suggest. The customer care is not available.the refund policy is useless they are just selling their app and nothing is specially curated for ur child. It's there pre made videos they will just update on their application. Just managing a app and fake promises to let u buy the app and than forgot about everything.

Its recommended for parents only in pregnancy phase or having babies less than 3.5 years. My experience and outcomes which have seen in my child is really good. Being a working mother, my limited time always required a support which uptodd has given me. I found the toys and materials to be unique and loved the special elements added as per my babies developmental needs, also liked the way toys which were eliminated which I already had. So overall great experience for me, but if your baby is more than 4 years then I don't recommend this for you

This program is going well for me, I found my little one to engage more in better way. She is able to recognise reflective flashcards & story builders easily, also her engagement with musics & app audios is exciting. The kit provided to me looks awesome, specially the packaging and personalisation aspects of the kit is great. I think live webinars can be conducted more frequently, rest all looks perfect to me. Also monthly brain reports is something I wait for as my app gets customisation on the basis of same.

The customer service will be good till you buy the program. After they get the payment they disappear, respond in a week or more as it pleases them. The kit given is the most useless thing. Hardly anything is actually useful. Babies need more entertainment and variety so that they can learn different things. My child is hyper active and I have to keep him busy. The items provided in the kit are so less that I can use it hardly 10mins. They have taken 22k and given things worth not even 3k

I had taken uptodd subscription earlier. And i wasn’t satisfied at all. Whenever i tried to reach their customers complaints section- no answer.
The program is not at all for the working moms, as this requires lot of time and efforts from our end which is difficult.
Also multiple times i had placed request that please assign someone to help me with this app and kit but they only said there is no personalized help section available or any support. If you have a problem go through some of their module and understand yourself if you can.
Its a pure waste of money.

its reareally exciting to see that in india they are providing such a worldclass services and i am really satisfied with the kit and the personalised app.
i recomended this to my friends as well and they are also experiencing the growth of there child with the help of uptodd.
