My second time using Urban Valet. This time I went for the XXL Valet. Gareth arrived early, was friendly and professional and got to work immediately. He checked in with me when necessary, other than that, I was not disturbed and once he was finished, I was very impressed with the results.
I should also add that, once Gareth had left, I did notice a mark on one of the seats that seemed to still show faintly. I sent a picture of this to him and he returned, within half an hour, and sorted it out. Spotless! Outstanding customer service and impressive results. I would definitely recommend Urban Valet.

I found Urban Valet online, I chose them simply due to how local they were. It turns out I made a great choice. The booking system is easy to understand, and they have great communication. But most of all was the cleaning. Careful, meticulous and professional. It was as if I stepped into the car fresh from the factory. I like the service so much that I signed up for their monthly cleaning service.

Everything from start to finish was great - really easy to book the appointment on the website, great communication about moving it to later in the day and then Simon turned up early anyway.

Simon's van has everything he needed so no need to borrow power/water either, and the results speak for themselves - car looks better than new!

Would highly recommend them and will definitely be booking the team in the future.

My car in particular was in a poor state, loads of garden debris and I do the majority of the after school running around to rugby and horse riding so it was a mess!

Gareth actually saw my jaw drop when I saw the end results. Fantastic work and I will definitely use again in future.

Amazing! My car looks brand new. I try keep on top of cleaning it myself but you can’t beat a professional, deep clean. The difference is unbelievable! Fantastic service and would definitely recommend.
