We worked with the UBC team on a complete rebrand of our service, a new website, a suite of creative and promotional assets. Essentially a new look to represent our own voice and service. From the very first call I felt Keith was very good at what he does- that first impression wasn`t wrong. UBC is professional, skilled, flexible and so easy to work with. Now we have amazing, professional assets to allow us to show everyone else. We are now ahead of the game in our sector- thanks to UBC. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Urban Brand Creative has been extremely negative. In my view, our website was taken offline through what felt like sheer negligence, and when we reached out for support, we were met with a complete lack of engagement. There was no urgency, no ownership, and no meaningful attempt to help us restore what had been lost.

What made the situation even worse was that, despite having fully paid for our assets, they refused to return them. From my perspective, this added an unnecessary layer of stress and disruption at a time when we were already dealing with the fallout of our site being disabled.

Overall, the entire interaction felt unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. Based on my experience, I couldn’t recommend their services — especially if you expect reliability and accountability when something goes wrong.

Two years after finalising account assets handover and finalising account in full by way of a settlement agreement. Urban Brand Creative were notified our business Instagram account required Two Factor Authentication. Keith Bradshaw’s mobile number was set as the 2FA phone number. Over the last two weeks in multiple attempts to contact UBC, we have been totally ignored. Three years later, he still uses our brand extensively on his website and social channels for reference even though he wasn’t the logo designer. For any brands that value their IP, I would urge caution when dealing with this business. Always insist your number, email address and independent web hosting company are used. Where do i start with this review...... i am just blown away by the finished website that was created by Keith and Urban Brand Creative. Keith worked within our budget and went above and beyond to achieve the best creation for our charity. Keith's engagement and attention to detail was outstanding. Creating the content for a website is not easy, but through lots of conversations and Keith's patience we were able to work through this. I had a big presentation to do this week to a corporate, i used the Sales deck that Keith created which had so much information. I was also very proud to announce our new website. I have to say I have been very impressed with the way Keith and the team at Urban Brand Creative have addressed my needs in terms of delivering a new and upgraded website and it was a professional experience from start to finish despite operating through a difficult pandemic. We have a robust “Word of Mouth” referral pipeline but have been less than optimum in the Digital space and we needed a solution in terms of Listing our products and services.
They developed an e-commerce digital marketing and social media strategy and upgraded my website at www Lionheart ie with a very impressive new platform that encompasses a lot of critical functionality and SEO best practice and optimisation.
They took the time to benchmark our offer against the competition and advised on the most efficient approach to deliver on our specification and drive new business lead generation and improve the User Experience.
They helped us in terms of guidance in terms of which supporting software we should choose and walked us seamlessly through a consultation process and helped us in understanding the whole area of Google adds etc.
They delivered a 10 page professional updated website that allows us to sell on line the new online course modules we have developed for export clients and which we are very excited about and especially in terms of our foreign clients based in the UK, USA and Canada who can now access content directly online. We feel the potential for growth here is significant. Indeed if we are successful we would hope that there is potential to recruit and employee some staff to assist in the project growth trajectory for on line learning modules.
I think it is fair to say that Urban Brand Creative have been an excellent partner in this project and we will emerge from the COVID 19 Pandemic such more resilient and digitally agile as a consequence of our new website.
