I checked urbandevicestore.com because I wanted to buy the Essilor Edger. Their site lists Satoria Tower, Jl. Pradah Jaya I No.1, Pradahkalikendal, Kec. Dukuhpakis, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60226 with phone (+6231) 30000111.

I also asked a friend to check the address in person, and they could not find any real retail store there. The location appears to be an office tower / serviced office address, not a clear medical-equipment showroom.

Because I could not verify the seller’s physical store or contact details, I would not prepay. That was enough for me to walk away — I would not send money unless the seller can prove they have the exact unit on live video and provide a real invoice.
