Je suis juste ravie.Ceux - ci sont encore plus jolis que sur les photos.
J adore l originalité de la marchandise.
Ce fût une aventure pour réceptionner mon colis en Belgique.
J avais écrit un commentaire désobligeant.....chose que je regrette.
Le site n'est pas responsable de la grève de la poste.
Pratiquement chaque jour,j ai reçu un email de la part d URBAN LONDON qui me tenait informée du suivi du colis.
Suivis du colis parfait.
Un service au top qui prend soin de ses clients.
Je recommanderai....c est certain 🙂

The packaging and quality of the product is excellent. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong connector size but the customer service was amazing. Very quick response and good communication throughout. Also a very quick re-delivery. Would throughly recommend.

It’s easy to praise when everything goes right but I bought the wrong size and didn’t get the right colour! However, with thanks to Raoul and the great customer service I received, changing the design to an colour I wanted and getting the right size, was simple. I will definitely be buying more and have already shared links with friends.

My experience was interesting to say. I ordered a 10mm bracelet but a 6mm one was made and sent instead. Almost instantly the very next day I had a message from a very helpful person (Raoul) who told me about the mistake and not to worry as the one that was sent I can keep as a gift and they are already making the correct one for my order so I received 2 bracelets. I would 100% recommend Urband London to anyone and I believe when I get a new Apple Watch I might go for one of their straps and soon maybe a ring as well.

Great product

Unfortunately my beautiful Apple Watch strap broke. I need not have worried though, as soon as I contacted customer services I knew the matter would be resolved. I returned my strap, emailed a copy of the tracking details and received a new strap within 2 days.
Their customer services are faultless.

The watch straps are utterly beautiful, I’m sure I will be buying many more, not only for myself but for family and friends. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Easy to order, dispatched quickly. Loved the bracelet. The sizing guide was very useful. Unfortunately, it was sent to the billing address not the delivery address so it was a few days before I could collect it from the post office.

Ordered as a a birthday gift arrived very quickly in a beautiful gift box !

It has a fantastic website detailing all you need to know about the products and the delivery time was extremely fast,it was refreshing to know that some businesses really care about their customers.

The producer of the new product was helpful and considerate to approve the discount after the order has been placed and discount was omitted by error.
The product in particula is though new designed, it's well received and bound to be popular very soon.
