Excellent Product and engraving quality
Bought one of their crystals for Christmas and my wife loved it. Customer service was on point, I wanted to change the image, their team promptly acknowledged the request.

I would like to say the packaging was really thoughtful, and I love that the charger can be used both as a plug and USB🤗 super convenient!!
The base looks elegant, and the silver and black boxes are totally my style~,~ The crystal feels amazing in the hand, and the lighting🥳🩵 whether single-color or multi-color 😌 gives it such a beautiful, meaningful vibe🎆
This gift honestly made me really happy🤓 It feels like a special moment of mine was captured and kept forever..🤩😎
Shipping was fast too, so it’s an easy five stars from me!!
